House surrounded by large fenced plot for common use with other 2 apartments. 2 km the sandy beaches of San Nicola L'Arena. Baby crib available on request. 11 km Altavilla di Milicia, 15 km Bagheria, 20 km the archaeological site of Solunto; 20 km Caccamo; 30 km Palermo, 44 km Cefalù with ferries to the Aeolian Islands. Quelle déception

Le propriétaire vient nous chercher car difficile de trouver sans aide. Et les surprises commencent: Je pensais avoir réservé un plain-pied(difficulté à descendre les escaliers) d'après les photos, et on se retrouve avec une chambre à l'étage, donc non prévu. on a pris nos draps en 140cm (comme indiqué dans le descriptif) et le lit est en 160cm et déjà fait alors que je n'avais rien précisé. Pour 6jours : il a demandé 35€ de ménage comme indiqué dans le descriptif et réclamé 25€ pour l'électricité alors qu'il avait juste le micro-onde et des ampoules !!! donc complètement injustifié! Après 1ère nuit difficile,il nous a déplacé deans la location plain-pied à l'arrière et nous a offert les draps(coût normal 30€). c'est dommage, car la maison était bien agencée et propre. Il manquait toutefois des petites choses pratiques. Le propriétaire, désagréable, pas avenant, pas d'échanges. Je ne recommande pas cette location
