House was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the back patio. Kitchen had all we needed and there were plenty of paper and cleaning products. Check in and out was easy with clear directions. We enjoyed being able to park our cars in the garage

I was in town for my son's Fort Sill graduation and this home is only 10 minutes from the Visitor Welcome Center, which was super convenient considering the long lines to get on base during Family Day. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just off the highway and 3 minutes from a Walmart. There was adequate parking in the driveway that went right to the front door for easy luggage unloading. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for cooking and even a spice cabinet with he basics. The bedrooms were all roomy with comfortable mattresses and clean bedding. I would suggest more furnishings (dressers, credenza) in the bedrooms for guests staying multiple days and TV's in the bedrooms so everyone can unwind after the long days. Overall, the stay was just as described and I would definitely stay agin.

The property was great. We enjoyed our time. Some things were a little outdated and older, like bathroom door didn’t lock but really it was minor. I thought the curtains were older but they sure did work for keeping the light out. Thank you for everything.

9 of us stayed for my son's Army graduation. This house was cozy and so close to the base. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has a loved one graduating from there. It was nice to have the soldier come back to a house instead of a hotel room.

House was clean and had plenty of room for five adults. We all had our own beds. Close to Fort Sill, Walmart and lots of restaurants. The garage was empty so we were able to park the rental car inside at night.

Lots of space. Needs a good cleaning & repairs.

Lots of space which was nice. Close to Fort Sill which is great for graduation. Close to Walmart for groceries. Beds are firm but comfortable. Good water pressure. Master bedroom is very hot even with AC running. We had to go buy a floor fan. House needs a good cleaning. Baseboards, blinds, window sills, door frames and so forth have not been cleaned in a long time. Carpets need cleaning. Sofas are comfy but on their last leg. Most bathroom drawers are broken. Shelf in refrigerator is broken so if you are staying for a while and grocery shopping that shelf is not usable.

Hi Cori you never mentioned about anything in your stay. I have professional cleaning crews. If you mentioned in your stay I can send cleaner to clean again. For A/C I gave link how to adjust the thermostat. You can make it lower temperature easily. If you mentioned in your stay my management can set lower A/C temperature for you. I informed about refrigerator to my management team. They mentioned that it is just needed to be adjusted. Everything you mentioned I can easily resolved the issue in your stay. Please communicate with host in your stay so that issues can be solved in your stay. Only review does not help to solve your issues. I don’t have any complaints about what you mentioned in your review. Thanks for booking my house and your review.

Perfect home for our family Ft. Sill visit!

We absolutely loved this home and our stay here! We were visiting for my brother in laws Army graduation. It was the ideal location/drive from base. There was 7 of us, and it fit all of us perfectly. It was very clean, organized, and well furnished! We loved the living room/kitchen area, lots of seating & very nice. The property manager was very communicative & responsive. Having two bathrooms/showers was a bonus! Small suggestion- we would have loved mirrors in the bedrooms. 7 people getting ready with only 2 mirrors was difficult, especially if one of the bathrooms was occupied. Also, the grass in the front/back yards were tall and definitely needed to be cut- that was just an eyesore and didn’t necessarily affect our stay. If we have any members of our family go thru Army BCT in the future, we would love to stay at this house again!

Thanks for booking. I am definitely sure that all the lamps are working. May be bulbs out. If you inform during your stay I can provide you the bulbs. House has at least 10 extra toilets tissue and paper towels. You can easily take one from there. My advice would be communicate with host during your stay, not reviewing only. It will help you as well as host. Thanks again

Lawton stay

One of the bedrooms is not a bedroom, it’s a room with beds and a curtain separating the kitchen to the room. The garage door was messed up the owner fixed it but I didn’t trust it. I could not control the ac. I could not connect to the nest for some reason.

Thanks for your review. All the rooms description mention in the listing. It is clearly mentioned that one room separate by curtain. My suggestion would be read the description and communicate with host before you book the property. You used the garage door for first 2 night and then you massed up the garage door. Why you didn't mention it and I immediately fix it. It is Google Nest Thermostat A/C control system. I have given videos how to control it and you didn't understand how to control it. You also didn't mention that management team always set A/C with your required A/C coldness. Please communicate with host before booking the house. Whenever you have issue with garage door and dont understand A/C system management promptly fix the issues. In your reviews didn't reflect it. With due respect my suggestion would be please be host when you write your reviews.

Niece's wedding

Plenty of room. Enough seating for visitors. Kitchen fully equipped. Centrally located. This is the second time we stayed here and were happy the home was available. Our host was great. She responded quickly and answered our questions. This is a great home for families.

Graduation Basic Training

Great place to stay close to Ft. Sill. Quiet, many sleeping choices. Great value for price. Well stocked with essentials. Interior and exterior outdated but great value for price. Ideal for a family or group coming to Lawton to celebrate loved one(s) entry the US Army. Be sure to visit the refuge attached to FT Sill also the Holy City on the refuge and the mountain top. Needs smoke alarms is the only concern.

Nice place, missing little details

Host was wonderful. We had to modify reservation a few times and she was always very quick to respond and friendly. House was very clean and spacious. Little details overlooked like dust clumps and peeling plaster/paint on ceilings, couch pillows were in tough shape-looked like should be replaced. Kleenex boxes would've been helpful as would a shelf in showers so we didn't have to set everything on the shower floor and outdoor space could be kept up more.All this being said, I would still recommend staying here, but a little TLC would help a lot. Pros outweigh the details overlooked.

Perfect for a large family with pets!

House was very nice & clean. Fully equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Located in a very nice,quiet neighborhood. The host was very nice & quick to get back w/any questions. Highly recommended staying here if planning a trip in the area.

Fort Sill Graduation

Lots of room and beds (4 BR with 5 beds). Home well stocked. Nice patio and fenced back yard. Good location. Owners communicated well. Great place to come for graduation and spend time for family day. Prepared meals easily in the well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for parking in drive or garage.

Nice, but needs work

We traveled to the area for a wedding. The home seemed clean but minor details were overlooked. The fans had dust hanging off of them, one room smelled of weed combined with cleaning products as though they were trying to mask the smell. The owner advertises the home as pet friendly, however the fence and gate were falling apart. We didn’t leave our pups outside alone for fear they’d find an escape route. In addition, we were awakened at 3a to a beeping smoke detector that we took batteries out of so we could all go back to sleep. This all tells me they likely are missing many of the minor details. On a positive note, the water pressure was great and we had plenty of hot water for showers.
