Welcome to this charming cottage tucked away in an amazing cove with incredible views. This gem is the perfect place to relax away from it all and enjoy Lake Martin living. The screened front porch boasts one of the best unobstructed views on the lake. Lake and private dock access are just steps away!

This is also a great stay for Auburn football games. It is only a 40 minute drive to the stadium and right on the lake.

This is a family friendly house with an open kitchen/dining/living area, 4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The yard is perfect for games, and the cove is right around the corner from Chucks Marina.

Though the cottage was built in the 70s, all of the small appliances, beds, bedding, and linens are brand new. It will comfortably sleep 8 with plenty of room for air mattresses if needed.

Perfect getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my family! It’s really nice, but not too perfect or too modern. Greg was easy to communicate with and a great host. I really hope to get to stay her again in the future.

Wonderful family weekend

Owner was very accommodating and place was very clean. The yard and dock were great for games, gathering and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and the drive is close to Auburn-would be great on game day weekends. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing stay on the Lake

We really enjoyed our time at this place. The location is wonderfully situated in a wide but calm slough just off the lake. Chuck’s marina is just around the corner if you need to refuel your boat or wave runners. The area next to the dock is perfect for swimming. The beds are very comfortable making for a good night’s rest after all that sun and swimming. We would definitely recommend this place for your family getaway on the lake.

Celebrating an Auburn Graduation

Everything was wonderful! The cottage had ample space for our large family. Very clean and had everything we needed for the long weekend. We only wish we could've stayed longer!

Nice house on lake

House was exactly as described! Comfortable furniture and well equipped! Beautiful view of the lake, wish it wasn’t so cold so we could have rented a boat. Owner was very nice and we had zero problems.

Great Location & Screened Porch is our Favorite

Great house right on the lake. Views from the expansive dock and screened porch are amazing! We spent a lot of time out there. Easy access to restaurants, boat rentals and activities! Manager was very responsive. We will be back.

This cabin reminded me of my family’s place when I was growing up. Had everything we needed. Spacious, clean, comfortable, great dock and level lot. Beautiful sunsets, calm water and just a boat ride away from Chuck’s, Chimney and Bluffs Daiquiri bar.

A PERFECT GETAWAY

Greg's cabin was the perfect spot for a 4-night stay while returning our son for his junior year at Southern Prep Academy in Camp Hill, less than 30 minutes away. The cabin is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the rustic decor and open floor plan . The kitchen was well-stocked and put to good use; our only dining out venture was to Chuckwalla's, a mere five minutes away. My wife and I really enjoyed morning coffee on the screen porch to start our day; it was so relaxing and the view was awesome. It was nice not having any boat traffic . The dock is brand new . We highly recommend renting a pontoon boat to enjoy cruising Lake Martin, which has some absolutely fabulous lakefront mansions. We rented ours from Lakeside Marina; 15 minutes away by car and less than 30 minutes by boat . Greg was a great host and quite responsive the few times we needed to contact him. We highly recommend this place.

AMAZING!

This home is located on the best part of the lake. You are literally around the corner from Chuck’s, less than 5 mins from the daiquiri bar, and a 10 min ride to chimney rock. The host Greg was AWESOME! We wanted for nothing! This cabin is rustic and was just what we wanted. The views of the lake are stunning! You’re far enough back in the cove that the weekend boat traffic doesn’t beat you up, yet close enough to enjoy the activity. The spacious circle driveway allowed for additional parking, as well as our boat trailer. We also have a small dog that always goes with us and this home came equipped with clean dog bowls and a GREAT screened in porch to allow him to enjoy the roam, yet stay safe. We seriously have no helpful suggestions for this property as it literally offered all we wanted. The home next door is also available for larger family gatherings so between the two locations, you can all be together. We are already planning our next summer’s gathering and this property will be our first choice!

The location was great. Enjoyed staying on Lake Martin and having a great dock to jump off and nice stairs to get out of the lake. The outside is amazing. The inside has an older feel and is very comfortable. Lots of room. Would highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood

Location was perfect for us. It was about a 15 minute drive to pizza, ice cream, and Niffer’s Place (definitely recommend this restaurant). It took about 20 minutes to get to Monster Mountain MX park. House is nestled at the bottom of a hill, which makes it feel more private. Neighborhood was great for taking walks with our dog. Plenty of space to park our vehicle and an enclosed trailer. House has plenty of space & was clean.

The lake has so many wonderful things to see and do. It's fun to simply float out by the dock. Chimney rock is about a 15 minute boat ride away. Chuck's Marina is very close and has entertainment on most weekend nights.
