The condo was great! Nice and clean and well stocked. My only suggestion would be to update your pictures. The pictures showed two chairs besides the couches. When we arrived we found only the two couches and there were six adults with seating for only five on the couches. Also there was not any lighting over the table so it was hard to play cards in the evening. We still had a great time and would rent again.

The view was absolutely beautiful and was definitely the best part of our stay. We enjoyed the scenery and location very much.The house itself was smaller than it appeared in the photos. One thing that caught us off guard was the upstairs bathroom window, which overlooks the downstairs dining area and does not provide much privacy.There is no air conditioning, which may be important for some guests to know before booking. We also noticed that the floors did not appear to have been vacuumed thoroughly, and the upstairs tub was dirty. When we turned the tub on, green debris came out of the jets.The upstairs shower is quite small. My husband is average-sized and felt cramped, and even at 5’2” I found it felt very tight.Overall, the view and location were wonderful, but there are a few cleanliness, privacy, and comfort issues that future guests may want to consider.

Suffice to say, we will not host Jessica again. She left our home very dirty and we had to have the carpet cleaned after her departure. Jessica also made an issue of air conditioning, which most homes do not have along the Oregon Coast and isn't something noted as being available. We find it disingenuous for Jessica to complain about something not listed as a feature of the home and for her to claim we didn't tell her. This pattern continues as Jessica complains about a window, which is shown in the photos of the home, that also has a shade for privacy which she ignored. Would caution other hosts when they consider Jessica as a guest.
