Welcome to Sugar Beach Resort #203! This attractive and newly renovated oceanfront condo has access to a community outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and gas grills! Admire breathtaking garden and ocean views from your private lanai, which features natural afternoon shade allowing an easy escape from the heat of the afternoon sun. The lanai is the perfect place to entertain your dinner guests with very comfortable furniture and impressive views.

Inside, you will find a fully air-conditioned, bright, and spacious living area with all new comfy high-end furnishings and lots of natural light. Your condo includes large screen smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. High-speed internet free WiFi and an enhanced TV sports package make it the perfect fit for movie lovers and sports enthusiasts alike. You will want to take advantage of the fully updated kitchen with all new higher-end appliances to prepare your favorite meal. With your relaxation and comfort in mind, the recently finished (July 2022) renovation included a complete kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.

Stress free stay

Overall relaxing stay. Booking and communication were timely and reassuring that property would be as advertised. We were very comfortable with our 2 week stay. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable and it’s very convenient to be able to wash clothing. We enjoyed afternoon swims and walks on the beautiful beach. The unit is close to restaurants, shopping and many Maui activities. It was a great place to come back to after a long day exploring. We can’t wait to return!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Only Con is I did not enjoy the shower head as it was a pain to try and switch back and fourth. The unit would benefit from having dish cloths added.

There's a restaurant/bar onsite and concierge who can help you with booking excursions. Cons: none, just that the bed isn't the most comfortable.

Nice condo but…

The condo was in a great location, steps to the beach, nice pool/hottub and walkable to market and shaved ice. Downside- the floors were so dirty…. Walking around with my bare feet my feet were black by the end of the day, it was gross. The shower, and bedroom nightstands had hair/dirt on them, and we’re not as clean as hoped. I also wish there were dishcloths rather then 1 sponge. Can’t really wash the counter or much with one little sponge. Besides those few things it had nice furnishings, beautiful view, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Just remember to bring your own coffee.

A week in paradise

We can not say enough great things about our stay in 203 at Sugar Beach Resort. The unit is beautifully updated and it’s obvious a lot of care and thought went into every detail of the condo. The decor is modern, and the furniture very comfortable. We stayed as a family of 4 (with two small children) and the suite is plenty spacious enough with a great layout to allow the kids to go to bed on the sofa-bed while the parents can stay up and watch a movie in the bedroom or share a drink on the balcony. The main bed is extremely comfortable, definitely better than most places we’ve stayed. The balcony is a great place to enjoy coffee in the sun during the mornings before it’s too hot, and a great escape from the sun in the full heat of the afternoon. The suite was well stocked for guests with beach chairs and a cooler to use. The fridge has in ice maker and there’s a blender available to make pina coladas and margaritas right in the room. The stairs to the second floor where the suite is are very close so while there is an elevator, we never felt the need to use it. The pool and beach are so close, you genuinely are waking up right in paradise. We went snorkelling right on the beach at the resort and we’re able to see a seal, lots of colourful fish, and even turtles. The beach has soft sand and stays shallow for quite a while so was a lot of fun to play in the waves. The afternoons at the pool were perfect for the kids and with the entire pool area fenced in, no need to worry about them wandering. There’s a shallow toddler pool attached to the main pool which was great for our 3 year old while our 8 year old could practice swimming and using his snorkel in the main pool. The hot tub was fantastic for the evenings when the sun was going down and a perfect place to watch the sunsets over the ocean horizon. The Sand Witch restaurant on the property was a super convenient place to grab a quick bite or delicious tropical drink and the activity centre is so helpful to know all the things available to do on the island. All in all there is nothing negative to say, it was a wonderful family vacation and we will definitely be back to 203 as it was so nice.

My husband and I had a relaxing time at Sugar Beach Condo #203! The condo was nicely updated and was nicely stocked. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler. Good view of the ocean when you are on the lanai looking to the right. Close to the parking lot and short walk to the pool and ocean. Disappointed that the pool area had no umbrellas for relief from the sun.

Great beach access and views

This place has beach access to a quiet beach with nice sand - some coral to snorkel if the water isn’t too silty. Beautiful unit, well stocked and nicely updated. Couldn’t hear neighbors and the view from the unit showed the mountains and ocean.
