This was the perfect rental for us - centrally located, GREAT views which we enjoyed each morning and evening along w/ beach walks, lots of kitchen supplies (no spices - not even salt & pepper - FYI), 2 beach chairs/umbrella plus other beach gear we didn't use. The building was quiet - a lovely courtyard - with paid laundry on the same floor. We arrived after office hours to get a parking pass but weren't penalized w/ any ticket and got it the next day. All check out instructions were emailed and we felt we got great value for our dollar. Highly recommend if you're a couple or a small family traveling together.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo, it had everything we needed for our stay and more. The view from the balcony is great and we loved listening to all the bird song in the morning and the sound of the ocean in the evening. The pool and hot tub area were great too. Good location and very quiet .

Great Property and Location

This Property is in a great location and the ocean front views were awesome. Quiet property with a nice pool and hot tub. Convent for exploring all of the island. The beach in front is a little rocky for swimming but we did see a turtle while we’re out there.

Great location

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I go to Maui every year and usually stay in Kaanapali. I tried this side this time because I have 3 kids now and wanted to try something different. The condo is in a great location. Loved being able to try different coffee shops and food all within a 2-10 minute drive. There were limitless options. It was also close to the airport. The condo itself was clean and had good AC. Perfect view for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Only downfall was the beaches weren’t great. Too rocky and no sand. There were better beaches a couple miles down the road. Overall great place

Amazing unit and location.

We loved staying here. The location makes it super easy to tour all over south Maui. We only used “our” beach out front for sunrise and sunset walks but the location was perfect for those. And the views from the lanai were ideal. Loves it alll. Thank you for the stay.

A perfect Maui sunset

This is an older property that provided a clean and comfortable stay for our family. Enjoying the sunset from the lanai was a highlight for our trip! The management team handled a few minor issues quickly (coffee maker not too working and smoke alarm battery chirping).
