This spacious two story property is as delightful as its quirky name – Hook Wine and Sinker! Located in fashionable Crystal Beach, this family vacation home is designed after a traditional Southern residence. So, you’ll be tempted to linger longer on the spacious wraparound porch. But once you step inside, deeply exhale as worries evaporate, and the vacation begins in this light, airy coastal dwelling.

Windows, strategically placed, allow for beautiful vistas to let the sunshine in as you enjoy the pleasures of the Gulf of Mexico, just steps away at the Barracuda Street access located only a couple of blocks down at the end of Barracuda Street, or for complimentary beach chair set up head over to the beach at the Crab Trap and receive set up of four chairs and two umbrellas each day during your stay (March through October)!

There’s plenty of seating throughout the house, both inside and out, for a crowd to share stories of their daily adventures. Meals can be served in the roomy dining area that seats ten or on the relaxing, ample screened porch. The kitchen is outfitted with gourmet appliances any chef would covet!

There are various options for sleeping choices in this 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with privacy for everyone, allowing for days of getting more restful sleep. A step-in shower and soaking tub in the master suite allow you the luxury of completely unwinding at the end of an exhilarating day.

Privacy is ensured within a fenced, shady backyard that holds some delightful surprises! Around the fire pit, fishing buddies can tell stories of “the one that got away” or use the gas grill to enjoy what was actually caught. Likewise, the secluded, lit gazebo would allow for rousing card games. Plus, this cozy yet expansive entertainment area allows families to oversee the preparation of s’mores for the kids. At the same time, the efficient exercise pool is close enough for parents to sit on the porch to un-wine, while keeping an eye on all the multiple activities being enjoyed.

Several families could enjoy vacationing together as the adjoining property, The Hideaway, can be rented simultaneously (upon availability), allowing up to 19 people to gather.

The vacation would not be complete without visiting nearby Miramar Beach and Destin. Seemingly limitless sporting options and fine dining await. Then, to enjoy a bit of local color, take a drive down Scenic 30A. Your daily excursions are only limited by your imagination!
