This is my personal retreat that I want to share with you. It is an easy drive, only 20 minutes from the airport and less than 10 to area resorts. Even in the winter storms, Highway 80 provides an easy drive into the Park City area.
There are at least 10 ski resorts in the area, with 3 close by for your greatest powder snow experience. The Canyons - a handy 5-7 minutes. Park City Mountain Resort - 10 minutes. Deer Valley - 15 minutes. Park City itself abounds with ski/snow board services and facilities.
Every season has an abundance of activities and beautiful sites.
Our 'Retreat' is not an average condo. It's unique, comfortable; a corner unit with lots of light and great views. A large balcony adds openness where a gas grill and outside dining are available.
A welcoming foyer provides place for jackets, boots, hats, shoes, skis, etc.
Kitchen is ready and well stocked. Cooking not your thing? Redstone and New Park area are very close (seriously, about 1 mile away) with restaurants galore.
Master Bedroom - king-size bed with pillow top mattress. A great twin sleeper sofa with memory foam top. Spacious walk-in closet. Large soak tub/shower and double sink vanity in roomy master bath. Second bedroom - twin beds. Converter provided for change to King bed. Great mattresses. Ample closet. Second bath with tub/shower. Hairdryer, toiletries.
Carpeted family room is cozy and welcoming! Exudes comfort. The end unit condo features wrap around windows for light and views. Flat screen TV, DVD with Netflix and Hulu, and wireless internet. Round pine dining table has two extensions. Counter has bar stools.
We appreciate the security that comes with all the buildings at Crestview and find it a big plus. Heated indoor parking with elevator makes for convenient, comfortable, and safe access to and from your car.
Our family loves Park City and our Retreat. We would be honored to have you stay in our home and enjoy the Park City area; its residents, businesses, life style, events, and low-humidity weather!
We have spent a lot of time and energy making our vacation retreat a place to share with you, my goal is a first class, affordable and comfortable place that has most everything you might need for a great vacation. My name is Barry, when introduced to Park City on a ski trip with friends, I loved it so much I decided to stay. Now I have the Retreat that I can share with you - no matter what time of the year. We look forward to sharing our enthusiasm with family, friends and friends to be (Our guests).

Why Barry chose Kimball Junction
The Kimball Jct. area/location was our top choice after spending many a day trooping from place to place. It is convenient to SLC airport, other nearby communities, a wealth of appealing businesses across the road in Redstone, New Park, Kimball Park. Among the variety of eateries of all descriptions are killer shops, great new bowling alley, large well stocked liquor/wine/beer store, dry cleaners, UPS service, Post Office, movie theater, too much more to list. Park City Old Town is a must to visit and explore; a short drive or bus ride away. Public library and car wash are near condo at intersection. Up a block is a Walmart. Gas station across hwy and not far is Enterprise Car Rental. Your covered parking is comfortably close to secure entry door and elevator. What makes this Condo unique
We appreciate the on-property closeness of a very good trail to walk or jog, and utilize it frequently. Our end unit is close to the elevator (which we do not hear) and is a big plus. Our neighbors are great. The views from the windows and deck/balcony are serene, mountains, Aspen trees as well as the Olympic Park. Read, play, shop, exercise in the club house fitness room, swim in the heated pool ( summer only) and relax in one of the hot tubs. Have day trips to ski slopes - many of them - Park City Main Street shopping.. Sundance.. Many places to appreciate in Salt Lake City, etc.

Conveniently located great amenities
My family and I found Barry's condo to be an excellent place to stay. It is a short (ten minute) drive to the main mountain at Park City, which was the main reason for the trip. For those who like to shop (I'm not a huge fan but my wife is) there is a large mall within easy walking distance.
I-80 is right near by if you want to head into Salt Lake City.
If you want to stay in and cook you can walk to either Whole Foods or Walmart for your food and there are all of the cooking utensils one needs.
It was very clean upon arrival and very well appointed. I would stay there again, without hesitation.
And there is a book upon entry which will answer most any question regarding how everything works.
wonderful host, great location for everthing is right around the corner. alot of little things in the kitchen to make it very easy if u want to cook. oh read the book in the hallway called retreat it tells u everthing u need t know. very bright corner end unit. beds and bedding very comfy high end sheets, comfortersand gtreat towels. living room also very peaceful. we loved it. this is the bomb barry let us stay there a extra day because our flight was cancelled which made our vacation very smooth ending . we did not have to wait all day in a airport so thanks barry
clean quiet and good ski location
Its so nice to find a place that is clean and quiet with ample room for small group. The covered garage parking spot was an extra bonus since we got sooo much snow while there (saved us several days of snow/ice window cleaning). Our host was very attentive and was prompt in answering all of our questions and had a nice setup that made us feel welcome. Was right beside Olympic park and only a few easy miles from park city/canyon ski slopes. Highly recommended for those that hate hotels and looking for something to avoid loud neighbors.

A great place to stay ! Clean, Comfortable, everything you need .
Many bike trails nearby to accommodate the growing number of bikers. Hikers are well placed in Park City ! Great bowling alley , movie theater, bistros, restaurants, all nearby. Outlet Mall shopping, within easy walking nearby. Provo River 15 minute drive - WHAT FUN! Old town Park City is like a magnet... Always something going on... Way different than your ordinary city, town! Do enjoy it all, we do!

Damage Protection- There is an option a refundable cash deposit of $250.00 or the insurance policy of $59.00 non refundable, the insurance covers you up to $1500.00 in damages, ie a non cleanable carpet stain.. (twice now, it happens). the insurance is a third party through Homeaway I get nothing but peace of mind that we have coverage. Bed and Breakfast Taxes... by the laws of the land I have not a choice but collect tax. except from those renting for more than 29 days or more at a time. Or if you have a Tax ID for the state of Utah.
