The stay was fabulous. The house was incredibly clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the terrace area was perfect. The location is brilliant, 10 mins to the beach one way and 7 minutes to the town the other. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance and plenty of decent restaurants in the area. The beach itself is beautiful. Communication with the host was easy, but we didn't need to contact her during the stay as all was well. I would stay there again.

Perfectamente equipada

Nos hemos alojado 7 personas durante 3 noches y la casa ha sido muy confortable y cómoda en todos los sentidos. Dispone de todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, Internet wifi, smart TV... Un patio muy tranquilo y agradable pero por poner algún comentario negativo, faltaría un rincón para poder separar correctamente los residuos ya que hay suficiente espacio para ponerlo en la cocina o el garaje y los contenedores en la calle están a 20 metros de distancia. Hay muchos mosquitos y no hay mosquiteras.

Casa no recomendable

La casa no tenía piscina y a la hora de alquilarla se anunciaba con piscina para niños. Lo que había era una balsa hinchable. Mucho calor, pese a tener dos aparatos de aire acondicionado. El resto bien. Limpio y habitaciones amplias. Mucho calor. Daba el sol de lleno en la casa.

La casa está muy bien situada, a cinco minutos andando a la playa y a cinco del centro de Benicasim, con dos supermercados a dos minutos. Cocina amplia y muy bien equipada. En la terraza se puede desayunar y cenar. Intentaremos repetir otro año.

Bien pero mucho ruido de noche

El alojamiento está bien relación calidad precio, B. nos recibió y trató muy bien, pero en su noche se escuchan todas las discotecas del barrio, y además fiestas en el chalet de al lado. No es recomendable si se desea descansar. Por lo demás ubicación relativamente cerca de la playa y muy cerca de mercados. La decoración es fea, la casa oscura, pero todo funciona bien y el espacio compensa.

La casa se encuentra ubicada en una zona inmejorable, ya que está cerca tanto del pueblo como de la playa, en una zona tranquila. Muy recomendable. Por otra parte la casa está como se ve en las fotos, en perfecto estado y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia.

Un chalet sin peros

chalet maravilloso cerca de 2 supermercados a 300m de la playa, nos ha encantado tiene de todo para unas buenas vacaciones familiares; La tipica casa sin pero no habia esto pero no havia aquello. yo como madre de familia numerosa os recomiendo.
