The house surrounds you with large windows to enjoy the island feel inside and outside with a wrap around balcony to sit back and enjoy the island breeze. The property has plenty of space for parking your boat, trailer and vehicle. The short canal provides clear water and a great swimming spot with marine life to explore, Great boating navigation with deep water from home, well marked channels, easily directs you under Kemp channel bridge through the back country to Gulf. Many islands to stop and explore. The home located on the ocean side will be a 20 minute trip to Looe Key a sanctuary preserve top notch for diving and snorkeling. The Keys is constantly changing so always a new experience to take home with you. Working with a 28 day minimum stay in the area.
