The former stable was converted into a modern and bright living unit with a large sleeping area in the loft, its own sauna, fitness room, kitchen and large living room with fireplace. There is a total of 110m2 of living space available.
A direct exit leads you to the terrace with a lake view. A private bathing jetty with an additional sauna directly on the lake, as well as a private bathing place are also included.

There is also the possibility to rent a boat, bicycles or the Hot Tube / Badtunna.
The apartment is located on our restored courtyard with a large garden and private parking lot and can be reached in just 10 minutes from Ekshärad, where the nearest shops, restaurants and pharmacy / medical center (Vårdcentral) are located.
