Enjoy your experience of the Magic City in the heart of Downtown! This two bedroom unit is minutes away from Birmingham's popular locations including BJCC, UAB University and Hospital, Region’s Baseball Field and Protective Stadium. It is also a short distance away from prominent restaurants, bars and parks. Whether you are spending time with family, business or just a small get away this place is for you!
The space
This lovely space features a 2BR/ 2 BATH space that sleeps up to 6 guests.

While you’re in BHM visiting, the resort-style pool and poolside terrace are a great place to relax in between your activities. The pool is open until 10pm!

There are 2 bedrooms in the unit. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, small desk space for business work, full bathroom, TV and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds that can sleep 2 people per bed comfortably. Guest will have access to a full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, seasonings, dishes, utensils and an in unit washer/dryer. We also have free WiFi.

Children are welcome to stay but this unit is not equipped with child-safety features. We do have a pack-n-play available for your use.

Make yourself at home when you arrive. Anything in the open area is available for you to use.

Although we do not offer cable TV, you can use your personal login to connect to apps including Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV and more.

Please keep in mind that we are located in the city and although there are great conveniences, it also comes with the potential for city noises.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Please respect our home and the quiet hours of the community.

The parking, pool and gym area can be accessed using the key fob.
Other things to note
Booking: Please be sure to book with your full legal name.

Checkout: Checkout is at 11am but in rare instances where we allow a later checkout, the latest we could do is 1pm at $25 per hour. Late checkouts must be approved a day in advance.

Checkin: We don’t allow for early checkin. The code to access the lockbox will be available by 3pm on the day of checkin.

Guests: All guests must be registered. There is a 6 person limit for this unit. The number of people in the unit must not exceed the number registered. If you need to update the guests accompanying you, please do so prior to your arrival.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our community’s quiet hours which is between 10pm - 7am daily. During quiet hours, please keep music, movies or other noises to a conversational level.

Pets: Although we love pets, this is not a pet-friendly unit. If the cleaner suspects that pets were in the unit, a $200 fine will be assessed.

Keys: Key-fob that needs to be replaced costs $100.
