My family and I were pleasantly surprised with our accommodations. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Though it was nine of us in the house, the place never felt crowded at any time. The parking was tight, but it worked for us without any problems or issues. The host was easy to contact, and clear on their rules and standards for the house, they also had information available for different activities such as; sightseeing, places to eat and shopping, etc, to help us to have a enjoyable stay. If we have another family trip to Texas, we would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy, plenty of parking for our group, house was very clean and looks just like photos, & the beds were so comfortable! Jair was also communicative and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely book here again when traveling to Dallas!
We had a family holiday dinner and white elephant gift exchange here and it was perfect. Plenty of kitchen basics for cooking the dinner. Plenty of space for everyone to mingle downstairs and space to sleep us comfortably upstairs. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe here with our family. I would recommend this place!
The stay was amazing! We took a girls trip to Dallas and the home was just as pictured. We were 15 minutes away from everything. The home was very spacious clean and just an overall amazing stay. I will definitely book this property again.
We stayed here for a family wedding in town. Overall the property is as described. It was large and roomy. The beds were very comfortable and the home had lots of amenities. Check in and check out was easy. Several times I reached out to the host before and a couple of times while there-he was very responsive on the whole. There were a couple of minor hiccups. I asked the host what kind of coffee maker was on site because the majority of us are coffee drinkers. He told me there was a keurig machine with a selection of k-cups. We brought our own k-cups, but the only coffee maker was a drip so we had to run out and grab coffee. There was a constant knocking noise in one of the bedrooms. One of the men in our group realized it had something to do with the air conditioner's drainage and talked to the management company who said they would send someone out-which didn't happen while we were there, but hopefully has now. The host said it was probably the neighbors trees, and would speak to them about it-but it was too consistent and non stop to be trees. Lastly, and this was NOT the host's problem, but the first night we were there someone tried to break into our cars at 2:30 in the morning. Luckily we had car alarms which scared them off. Just make sure to protect your vehicle and belongings-there is only room for one car in the garage. We would stay here again and loved the closeness to all the things we were attending over the weekend.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
The trash cans were already full and sitting in the front yard. The kitchen was the cleanest room, but the house had broken laminate flooring that cut my foot, cracked bathroom tile, patched walls with mismatched paint, hair left in two showers, and mold and mildew in the master shower. I chose to shower at a family member’s home instead. We had a large family group, but there were only two TVs and no remote for the upstairs TV, leaving everyone limited to one entertainment area. Every bedroom is upstairs, which was difficult for my family with mobility issues. After returning from our family event, my customized Cowboys shot glasses were missing, leaving only 5 of 20, while the cowboy hat lids remained in the drawer. My mother’s medication had also been moved onto the kitchen counter. The host stated the keypad showed no one had entered the home and said they would stop by while we were there, but never showedMy nephew’s clothes hamper was infested with ants, forcing me to buy insect spray myself. I later noticed pesticides stored in the garage. The listing photos do not accurately reflect the home’s condition. I purchased cleaning supplies to clean the showers before my family would use them because I did not feel they were clean. Overall, the home has potential but needs significant repairs, better cleaning, and more accurate photos before being rented again . I am only limited to 1500 characters but so much more to add. On top of that my face broke out horribly!!
The house was beautiful and had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our larger group. We were able to enjoy quality family time together while still having enough room for everyone to have their own private space when needed. The location was excellent, centrally located with easy access to the freeways, making it convenient to get around. There were numerous restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful views of downtown Dallas from the quiet neighborhood. The property also offered ample parking, including a garage, which was a huge plus. The host communicated exceptionally well, responded promptly to any questions we had, and made the check-in process quick and seamless. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.
Beautiful and well kept home. We had plenty of room and the layout of the house was perfect. We frequent the area and we will stay there again. Amazing home and owners!!
The home was beautiful and clean. Location is central to everything. Plenty off parking for guests and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely rent this place again
Loved the modern house and open Floorplan. Everything was in order and close to downtown. Vrbo app had issues but the owner contacted me and ensured our check-in was painless.
