Bring the whole family and come enjoy the fresh mountain air at this peaceful home in the desirable Ponderosa Trails neighborhood. Walk to Ponderosa Trail + Park! When you stay here, you`ll love the youth sized game table, fire table, and BBQ grill. There is a well appointed kitchen and lots of gathering space, all for you to relish your time at this house!
This home is great for families that just want to get away and relax. There is also plenty of fun to be had in the home and neighborhood!
The house is set up well for family gatherings. The dinning room, kitchen, and living room are all open and flow nicely. Everyone can be doing something and still feel connected to the larger group.
The huge master bedroom has a walk-in closet with ample space for your items and a generously sized full bathroom with double sinks. This bedroom also has a dedicated work station set up in it, perfect for your workcations!
If you want to get out and explore, there is easy access to nearby Ponderosa Park, Ponderosa Trail, and Fort Tuthill County Park. You will also be near restaurants, shopping, and downtown. Use this house as your launching point to explore Flagstaff and Northern AZ!
Snowbowl (40 min), Grand Canyon (1 hour and 20 min to Park Entrance), Sunset Crater (30 min), and many hiking and biking trails!
Huge backyard, deck with seating, and fire table! You`ll love spending time here!

Ponderosa Trails is one of Flagstaff’s premier neighborhoods with mostly newer construction single family homes. The neighborhood has convenient access to restaurants, groceries, Historic Downtown, and NAU. There is plenty of natural wooded spaces and trails to explore right out your front door in Ponderosa Trails, as well as Ponderosa Park. This neighborhood is great for families that just want to get away, relax, and not do much driving. Ponderosa Trails is also perfect for the guests that will be on the move because you can easily access big trails, major highways and the airport.
Ponderosa Trails is located in the South East portion of Flagstaff, convenient to Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, both the I17 (Highway to/from Phoenix) and I40 (west to Williams and the Grand Canyon, and east to Winslow), Highway 89 (South to Sedona and Verde Valley, North to Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, North Rim of Grand Canyon), as well as Highway 180 to Snowbowl. NAU campus lies just to the North of Ponderosa Trails. Fort Tuthill County Park (Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, Bike Park, Pepsi Amphitheater, Overland Expo, Rodeo, County Fair, etc.) is located to the west, just on the other side of I40.
When you stay here, you will want a vehicle to get around. Guests will be able to park in the garage and there are two additional off-street parking spaces in the drive-way.
After booking you will be sent a link to your guest registration page. This is though us directly, through our management software Hostaway. Guest registration must be completed to receive information to access property. However, property access information is not available earlier than 5 days prior to check-in.
We collect the following information during registration:
- All adult guests: Full names
- Main Guest: Email, phone number, DOB, copy of Gov`t ID
- Vehicle information
There are off-street parking spaces available, please try to utilize the driveway and garage only. This helps keep the streets clear for easy navigation by residents.
City of Flagstaff does not allow street parking during winter time; November 1st through April 1st. If you park on the street during this timeframe, you might receive a ticket or worse, your vehicle might get towed.
Cleaning fee will be an additional $50 for stays 7 days or longer. This is to make sure we are providing the utmost cleanliness experience for all of our guests.
If you are bringing a dog, it must be on the reservation so the pet fee is included in your total. You can add pets under guests.
About 3 days prior to your check-out date, a $300 security hold will be placed on your card on file for any damages or incidentals found after check-out. This hold will be automatically released about 3 days after check-out, less any charges.
Before booking any stay for 30 days or longer, please inquire about additional requirements.

We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. We know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 – Shoes Off
• We ask that you do not wear shoes throughout the house. Please remove them as you enter the home. Thank you so much!
#2 – Pets
• Dogs are allowed if they are on the reservation and the pet fee has been paid. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. You must clean up your dog`s poop! Bags are provided 😁 Please use provided dark towels to wipe your dogs` paws before they go inside the home.
#3 – No Smoking, No Vaping, No Recreational Drug Use
• Our house is a drug-free, smoke-free, and vape-free property. This means no smoking, no vaping, or recreational drugs inside or outside of the home. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any clean up or remediation.
#4 - Number of Guests
• Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than what you have booked for, you will not be covered under insurance coverage of the platform you used to book, and you may be charged an extra fee. This is bad for everyone!
#5 – No Parties
• Please respect our neighbors. This is a residential working neighborhood that is quiet in the evenings. Noise levels must be minimal after 9PM. There is a noise level city ordinance and we do not want any complaints. Violation of this will result in one or more of the following; termination of your reservation, forfeiting security deposit, and/or a possible fee. We must respect the peace of the community. Thank you for understanding!
#6 - Please Clean Up Dishes
• If you use any dishes during your stay, the cleaning team would be extremely grateful if you would clean them. Please do not put dirty dishes back in cabinets/drawers. This would be of great help 😁
#7 - Check Out is 10AM
• Our cleaning team will arrive shortly after 10AM to clean the property. We can’t stop them, they are a cleaning machine! (You may request a late check-out. Please submit your request no later than 24 hours before your check-out time. The fee for this accommodation is $25.)
#8 - Lights and Electronics
• We would really appreciate if you could turn off all lights and electronics when you leave the house each day, and upon check out.
