You'll love this charming home in historic Tech Terrace right on the beautiful Wagner Park! This pet friendly home is just a short walk to Texas Tech University and the stadium amongst many other things. You will be blocks from coffee shops, a bakery, retail, restaurants, a brewery/tap house and a grocery store. Blue Topaz is conveniently close to University Medical Center and Covenant Hospital. This is a perfect house for a Tech game day! Walk to the game and then come back and enjoy the cozy backyard. You and your guests can relax around a outside gas fire pit, watch a game on the big screen tv, play some ping pong or have a game of corn hole. Or simply cross the street to a beautiful park full of play sets, swings, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, grills and picnic tables! A block away is another park where people relax and play with their dogs. The neighborhood has bike paths, walking paths and there are Lime Scooters on every corner. This property is great for families visiting their Tech or LCU student, family reunions, graduations, holiday gatherings or out of town sports tournaments. We have lots of guest whose loved ones are in one of the local hospitals. Plenty of parking. Hunters love this space with its 5 beds (3 Queens and 2 Twins) and a comfy pull out. You will be in the premier location in Lubbock!

Cozy home, beautifully furnished with great books on the shelves! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Plenty of space to lounge and share a meal with friends. Nice park across the street. Wonderful Wedding Weekend!

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay here for the wedding of our son. The home was in a great location for a great price, with plenty of room for all of us. An added bonus was the neighborhood park across the street … I was glad to be able to take my early morning walks in such a lovely area. Our host was most gracious and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Great Spot For A Family!

We stayed here on our way from Austin to New Mexico and it was great for our family of 6. The park was right across the street, there was a coffee shop a couple of blocks away, and it had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Sandy was excellent at communicating from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. We had a small hiccup with the lock during our stay, and she responded quickly and got it resolved right away. The house itself was large, spacious, and comfortably fit our entire group.

Great location!!

My husband and I stayed at this charming house for our son’s “mom’s weekend” at Tech. The location was perfect and our two little furbabies loved walking to the park. The house was well appointed and comfortable with welcoming snacks and even dog bowls :) Will definitely stay again!!

This is the most beautiful neighborhood in Lubbock. You will be sitting right on the beautiful Wagner Park with lots of amenities within walking distance. A block away is another large park where people hangout with their dogs, laze in the sun or gather with all their friends. There are bike paths, walking paths and Lime Scooters on every corner. You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood!
