Wonderful week away!

Our family of four had a great stay at Tim's home in Greenport. The house was very spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the screened in porch and backyard were great for outside time. The house is convenient to town and local wineries, farm stands and beaches. We hope to be back again!

My parents built this lovely cape house here on the North Fork of Long Island. Recently renovated. Nicely appointed. 4 Bedrooms. 2 Full Bathrooms. Living Room (55" Smart TV) + Sunny Den (65" Smart TV) + Large Screened Porch overlooking the manicured lawn with seasonal gardens.

What makes this property unique

This cape house inside feels larger than it appears from the street. Guests enjoy the sunny den along with a large, screened porch that features comfortable seating along with an additional outdoor dining table and kitchen efficiency cabinets with a sink and kitchen pass-through window. I hope you enjoy your stay.
