There are 3 Phases of condos at Mt Harbor. All built in different decades. This condo is one of our most popular. It is across the street from two others we have. All 3 are 1500 sf. Their names and numbers are Enchanted Forest, Wheelchair assessable, #1132068, And, Cast Away, Screened in porch, #1708874. Our Treehouse Condo has a unique layout. Very Nice, especially the master suite. Not another one like it. This spacious condominium has ample room, fireplace, lake and wooded views, 2BR, 2BA. A fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals including flour, cornmeal & sugah. The dining area has seating up to eight people, comfortably. The living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa, chair in front of the cozy fireplace and large flat screen TV with DVD player. We will even leave age & gender appropriate movies upon request for your viewing pleasure. The screened in porch with lights has seating for your entire family. We pull down the canvases in the winter so you can sit on the warm, toasty porch sipping coffee in comfort while watching eagles fish in the cove. Jan & Feb are Eagle Watching Months. No next door neighbors means you have complete privacy. We have a gas grill for your convenience (propane provided). And a charcoal if you prefer. It has full sized washer and dryer and we provide the washing powder & dryer sheets.

Our fully equipped home even has foam rafts for the pool, ice chest on wheels, pool games and water noodles. It has an elegant master suite with a very comfy king size bed along with a TV and DVD player which can be viewed from the large Jacuzzi tub.

Our guest room has two comfortable queen size beds with both TV and DVD player. The room stays dark, cool and comfortable all summer long. Not all of our condos are like our Treehouse unit. We own Lake Ouachita Vacation Realty and rent our units year round.

These are the only condominiums located on this beautiful lake which is almost 50,000 acres and a pristine 1000 miles of shoreline with no homes or private docks. You can park in the cove and walk to your condo easily. You may also walk to the pool, Turtle Cove Spa, Workout and hiking trails. We have it all. The horse stables are the cleanest I have ever seen. These horses are very loved and cared for. There is a weight limit so call first.

We even have a kayak company that will bring the boats to you for a tour. OuachitaKayakTours.net is here for your convenience.

We love riding in the National Forest in our ATVs on legal trails less than a 1/2 mile from your condo.

This place has it all!

From the welcoming sign, snacks for us & our pup, to the full size kitchen, dual porches with grills and water features, to comfy beds, legit hot tub, full washer & dryer, multiple TVs and more light switches than you can count, this place has it all! Not to mention being tucked away in a quiet portion of Harbor Mountain Resort, surrounded by nature. It was perfect for our twin grandson's graduation fishing trip. We had a great time with plenty of space for everyone and communication with Owner was really helpful when you need it. Great kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Location was exactly what we were looking for and the adjacent campsite around the bend was beautiful. The tennis court across the street was perfect for extra exercise between hikes. Great Spring Break Retreat

This was exactly what we needed. All activities are within an hour. Great hiking and trails in the complex. Amazing vistas close by. We'd love to come back when it's warmer to check out the lake more. Host, Sami, was so helpful and communicative. The property itself was perfectly situated, clean, and spacious. It was maybe a little too much room for our family, but being able to spread out after driving was nice too. If you're hoping to stay in the Lake Ouachita area, this is an amazing place to stay.

Lake Ouachita Retreat

Absolutely beautiful cabin a hop, skip and jump from the shores of Lake Ouachita. The Mountain Harbor resort is well equipped, quiet and away from the rush of the Hot Springs crowd. This is an awesome place - nestled in the trees (the name Treehouse is apt), with everything you need to relax. We really enjoyed the fireplace, the huge and super clean jacuzzi tub, and the wonderful part-screened-in, part-open-air deck with a serene water feature. The view of the lake is the icing on the cake! The living room is so spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and we loved the personal touches from the host, including a gift baggie for our dog. We will absolutely be back!

Loved everything about our stay at the Treehouse! Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. More than enough seating room in the family room. And hello, heavenly pillows in the master bedroom!! Outside of checking all the boxes for the basics, our hosts had a great welcome basket with all kinds of snacks and homemade cookies!! When I saw the UT Orange walls in the online pictures, I wasn’t sure - but the cool and unique artwork all of the condo gave it a fun, great vibe. The porch is screened in and has a really fun cabana vibe if you enjoy sitting outside. Lastly, the property manager Sami was super easy to communicate with and made our stay perfect. If I could give ten stars, I would!!!

My earliest memories are of fishing, swimming and water skiing on Lake Ouachita. Spanning 66,324 acres of land and water, it is not only the largest lake in Arkansas but is a location of choice for water fun, wildlife and beautiful trails within the Ouachita National Forest. When I first came to Mt. Harbor in '58, I was the youngest of 4 children. Without TV, video games, cell phones or any of the electronics kids have available today; our time was spent enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
Those carefree days are behind us now but the memories reoccur often. I hope each of our guests enjoy the Mt. Harbor experience. I hope you're making some of the same memories I have and that you and your loved ones will come to love Lake Ouachita as I do. Warm memories of family and friends are the best kind and I trust your time with us will invoke those in you. Our family and staff are here to serve you and your loved ones. It has a screened in porch for the summer and canvas for winter months giving you a pleasant place to have your morning coffee. An extension of the living room with your own water feature and bistro lights. Hike or drive to Hickory Nut Mountain Vista in the Ouachita National Forest. Or bring your ATV. Check out LOViT Trail & The Big Picture websites. What makes this property unique

Harbor East Condos have hiking trails, pools, spas, horseback riding, scuba, snorkeling, bird watching, fishing, skiing & tubing. It's magical. I will even give you a tour by lake so you will see where the locals hang out. Our condos are stocked better than any on the rental line. And, since i live here I can help with any needs that arise during your stay.
