Fun at Lake Ouachita! 2 BR / 2 BA Condo

Entering this two bedroom, two bathroom condo is easy with NO STEPS! It includes a comfortable great room with a native stone wood burning fireplace (wood supplied),with a large screen TV with Dish TV service and a DVD. The master BR has a queen bed with luxury linens and sliding doors opening to deck. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and can be situated like another master suite with 2nd bathroom for complete privacy. A twin rollaway bed is also provided but recommended for young folks simply from a comfort perspective. This condo is ideal for two couples!

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, electric appliances, Mr. Coffee, Keurig, blender, toaster, etc. We even provide basic condiments, spices, trash bags, foil, zip lock bags, etc. Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hair dryers are all provided along with a stack washer and dryer. Wireless internet access is provided. Sliding glass doors take you to a covered patio overlooking the forest ready for you to enjoy the peace and quiet while enjoying your morning coffee. A propane Weber grill is available on the balcony for your convenience.
This condo is a short one minute walk to one of the swimming pools for your convenience and enjoyment.

Come and enjoy great fishing, biking, the slow pace of Lake Ouachita and its 49,000 acres which is surrounded by Ouachita National Forest or just a weekend away to relax. Located only 20 miles to Hot Springs. Mountain Harbor Resort and Turtle Cove Spa offer restaurant, marina and spa services.

This is a bottom floor unit.

Prices include all taxes. There is a cleaning fee of $75 per stay. Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum @ $250 per night
Monday - Thursday $200 per night
Friday - Sunday - $225 per night

This condo was a level entry, no stairs. Which is rare at Lake Ouachita. The condo was well equipped with everything needed to make our weekend a fun and relaxing trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at Lake Ouachita

Had a great stay! Very spacious fully supplied condo. It has everything you might need. It is a great location close to the lake and the lodge. It is just a short drive to Hot Springs. It is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Susan was very nice and communicated well. Working with her was super easy!

Kayaking Gettaway

The condo is a well stocked home-away-from-home. We enjoyed the quiet seclusion of the lake house. The Ouchita Resevoir provided cool clear water for our kayaking adventures. I would definitely recommend!! Owners were extremely helpful. No issues accessing or leaving the property.

Girls Weekend 2022

Stayed 3 days, 2 trips to Hot Springs for dinner, mineral baths and shopping. Hiking at the Charlton Recreational Area, 15 minutes from Mt. Harbor. Also got in a massage at the Turtle Cove Spa in Mt Harbor as well. Totally great for all three of us retired ladies.

Great Location

The location was great and central to various activities and the kids loved waking up in the mornings and going out to the deck to eat breakfast and look for the small herd of deer that grazed in the trees in the morning.

Furnishings very elegant!

It was as described and very well decorated with nice furniture, kitchen well stocked and plenty of bath towels and water pressure out of this world. The only down size was kids in the unit above us we could hear the kids running…..we pulled a 16’ trailer and just up the mountain was a large parking lot with plenty of room.

Quick Getaway

This condo was great. Very clean, well stocked and comfortable. It was located close to several boat ramps and had a place for us to park our boat just up the hill but still very close! We would definitely consider staying here again.

The perfect getaway stay!

My husband and three of our children enjoyed this condo so much. The pictures do not do it justice! It was very clean, smelled great, had everything you would need! The condo was very welcoming with its updated decor and comfy couch/ beds! The showers had awesome water pressure, very soft big towels and was stocked with the best smelling conditioner and body soap! The back patio was a hit EVERYDAY we saw this little family of deer not very far from our back porch! The kids enjoyed catching lightning bugs in the mason jars in the evenings! We had no problem with our neighbors. It was a very nice neighborhood

Nestled amongst the trees with a small view of Lake Ouachita; this condo was a delight. Description was very accurate. Loved the deer, squirrels and raccoons that wandered through the beautiful landscape. A+ Rating!
