A tea house where you can relax with family and friends. A pond, plenty of walking open space and breathtaking views of sunsets.

Area includes restaurants, hiking and biking trails, wineries, farmers' markets and beaches.

The space:

The recently renovated raised basement includes three luxury bedrooms with four double beds- the light-filled basement feels like the main floor. It includes a bathroom with shower, a common area and office space. All furniture in the building is new.

A large deck connected to the kitchen oversees the property which includes above ground swimming pool, tea house and Labyrinth.

Laundry is available for use; bring detergent.

This property is on a septic system, only toilet paper may be flushed. The tap water is fine to cook and bath with, but it is advisable to drink bottled water.

The maximum number of guests is 8;

Guest access:

No access to one upper bedroom, garage, barn, or pigeon coops.
No swimming in the pond - please keep kids away it is deep.
The basement office may be used for official purposes only.

Other things to note:

All signs of potential hazards are posted, and expected to be followed.

In addition to signs please note, that the pool walls are not to be climbed, sat on, or used to jump in or out. Use stairs!

No glass bottles, or glass in the pool or jacuzzi, only plastics or cans are acceptable.

The jacuzzi max is 6 people at any given time.

Please note: Do not wear regular street clothes in the pool or jacuzzi, this is not hygienic and may cause issues with the jacuzzi & pool filtration system

Please do not wear shoes inside the home.

Do not smoke inside the home.

Please keep eating in areas of the kitchen, dining room and outside.
