APP: PRESIDENT 804: Direct sea view, Internet, TV, WIFI, air condition

The PRESIDENT building has been a very popular private home for many years and is used mainly as a holiday home by predominantly German and English owners. It is located directly on the beach promenade, approximately in the middle of the 2 km long beach of Cala Millor. The house has a pool and a sun terrace with loungers, which can be used by all residents. The apartment is on the 8th. Floor in front, directly to the beach, with frontal sea view. 2 lifts available. Free parking spaces in front of the house.
The living area is 75 m2 plus a terrace of 10 m2 in front of the living room and both bedrooms, with sea views from all rooms! Sun all morning. 2 tables and 4 sun loungers available.
The apartment was extensively renovated in the spring of 2019 and has a license from the tourism authority for the holiday rental.
Almost the entire facility is new.
Free WiFi (fast fiber optic cable, private & protected network).
Fitted kitchen with ceramic induction hob, oven / microwave combination, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge freezer, all dishes and cooking accessories.
Living / dining room with glass table and space for 4 people, pull-out sofa bed, 2 armchairs, Internet TV with all free channels of almost all countries. Air conditioning hot / cold in the living room.
Ceiling fans with remote control and timer operation in both bedrooms.
A bathroom with toilet and glass shower cabin with Hydromassagefuntion, the other with toilet, bidet and tub / shower.
Washing machine, iron / ironing board, safe.

Great Apartment and Great Location

Communication was very easy to get into the apartment after a long travel day. We stayed for 3 weeks and it very much began to feel like home. The location was fantastic and the apartment was clean and well-appointed. No assigned parking but there was always a spot out front. Only thing that would be nice to have would be a little grill and or a microwave but not sure if there would be space for it (or if the complex allows it). Lots of options for great food nearby but honestly Horacio's right next door was the best food we had in Cala Millor so check it out!

Tolle Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Die Küche wird wohl bald renoviert ansonsten alles top und sehr bequeme Betten. Klimaanlage war top!

Top Lage aber Appartment nicht wie erwartet

Man hat uns vorgeworfen, wir hätten eine Lampe und und ein Fach im Küche beschädigt. Das war schon sehr frech. Sauberkeit ist seit dürftig

President in Cala Millor

Very nice property although I would make some comments. Firstly to have only one plug/socket in the kitchen seemed strange considering there were 4 in the bedroom. Where to plug in a kettle/coffee maker/toaster was a mystery. No wonder the socket was loose on the wall. Secondly the towel allocation was poor with only one shower and one hand towel each to last a week - i wasn't prepared to spend my holiday washing. Thirdly, the balcony shading would have been much better with a sunshade - it is really too small for a parasol. Lastly, there were no communal loungers at the pool. They were all individually owned and chained up by their owners when not in use. Overall the apartment was comfortable and spacious but would benefit from a bit of upgrading as noted above. The beach view was the stunning attribute of the apartment.

Fijn appartement met paar (kleine) onvolkomenheden.

Woning heeft de volgende voordelen: - mooi uitzicht gecombineerd met een goede locatie met veel faciliteiten in de directe nabijheid - stil/niet gehorig (niets van de buren gehoord) - Supermarkt direct op begane grond naast de ingang van het appartementencomplex. - Goede bedden - Goede badkamers - Compleet uitgerust. Nadelen: - Alleen airconditioning in de woonkamer - Condenswater A/C heeft geen afvoer op riool maar komt in emmer die je regelmatig moet legen. - Appartement heeft hier en daar wel wat aandacht nodig. Denk daarbij vooral aan voeg/kit-werk, slecht sluitende deur 2e badkamer. - Keukenkastjes moeizaam te openen (greeploos ontwerp in combinatie - Soms in de middag / avond wat geluid van entertainment omringende hotels maar uiterlijk tot 22:30.

Wohnung mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern und einem Traumblick aufs Meer

Fangen wir mal mit dem Positiven an...wie oben erwähnt, hat die Wohnung einen traumhaften Blick auf's Meer. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super und den Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür zu haben, ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Außerdem waren die Matratzen so gut wie neu und sehr bequem. Ebenso unschlagbar sind die absolut leisen Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer funktionierte einwandfrei. Eine Reparatur einer Dusche wurde sehr schnell durchgeführt. Aber....das Geschirr und die Kaffeemaschine waren bei Anreise nicht sauber. Die Stühle im Eßzimmer erlauben kein größeres Gewicht, da sonst die Beine nach hinten abknicken. Somit haben wir sie aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht benutzen können. In der Hochsaison fehlt definitiv eine Markise auf dem Balkon, um draußen frühstücken zu können. Da der vorhandene Sonnenschirm nicht senkbar war, spendete er nicht den gewünschten Schatten. Der Balkon ist für vier Erwachsene, insofern man zusammen sitzen möchte, zu klein. Die Waschbecken in den Bädern sind so unschön verfugt, dass es irgendwie unsauber aussieht. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen Kommoden für Wäsche oder ähnliches. Insofern man nicht für die ganze Zeit eine Belegung von 4 Personen angibt (und die auch bezahlt) ist nur das Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer bezogen, was vielleicht unpraktisch ist, wenn Ehepaare getrennt schlafen möchten. (Soll es ja geben.) Wir haben die letzten 4 Tage relativ kurzfristig Besuch von Freunden bekommen - dafür eine Änderungspauschale von 25 € zu nehmen, ist schon irgendwie frech. (Auch wenn das in den Mietbedingungen steht, die man nach der Resevierungsbestätigung zugesendet bekommt.) Ein weißes Duschtuch pro Person und Woche ist definitiv zu wenig. Auch ein Staubsauger wäre nicht schlecht. Was uns am letzten Tag etwas geschockt hat, war, dass wir mit dem Aufzug stecken geblieben sind und der gedrückter Notrufknopf wohl nur ein Hupsignal im Haus auslöst, aber keine Verbindung zum Notdienst hatte. Gott sei Dank konnte mein Mann die Tür aufdrücken und wir konnten den Aufzug, in dem die Luft natürlich schon arg unangenehm war, verlassen. Zum Schluss: Das Preisleistungsverhätnis ist eher suboptimal. Wir haben den Urlaub aber dennoch sehr genossen.

Gute Lage mit Morgensonne

Insgesamt schöne Wohnung, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Weisse Handtücher für eine Ferienwohnung nicht optimal und zuwenig für eine Woche in Gebrauch. Balkon recht klein geraten. Möblierung im Essbereich (Stühle) recht einfach gehalten. Wohnung kann aber weiterempfohlen werden.

Tiptop Ferienwohnung

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft voll zu. Geräumig, sauber und absolut spitzen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe haben prima geklappt, trotz sehr später Anreise unsererseits. Wir können die Wohnung und die Agentur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schöne Fewo in toller Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht.

Schöne Fewo für 2 Personen oder kl. Familie. Das 2. Bad ist extrem klein und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung ansich ist an einigen Stellen ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig. Bei Starkwind weht der Wind durch alle Ritzen und Öffnungen! Ansonsten alles vorgefunden, wie beschrieben.

Eine Flucht vor dem Winter, die sich gelohnt hat.

Die Ferienwohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse genau das richtige. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, haben die Sonnentage genossen und konnten vor allem die "Winterruhe" am Urlaubsort genießen. Ein Supermarkt sofort im Haus rundete das hervorragende Bild ab. Mängel an Elektrogeräten wurden sofort surch die Hausverwaltung bereinigt, welche immer sofort erreichbar war. DANKE

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist mega! Leider ist die Wohnung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das liegt vielleicht auch an der salzhaltigen Luft. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn das Geschirr bei Anreise sauber gewesen wäre und die ganze Ausstattung der Wohnung hochwertiger gewesen wäre. Außerdem hatten die Bettlaken Flecken. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns insgesamt eher enttäuscht. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt dort.

Bestes Appartement in Cala Millor

Alles war perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Blick ist ein Traum. Und die Kommunikation mit Herr Klett war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Absolut super ist auch die Größe und Ausstattung für für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wenn wir wieder nach Cala Millor kommen, kommen wir hierhin.

Property has great unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed great local restaurants with 3 literally next door. Also many other great beaches nearby. Manager was great and super responsive

Toller Urlaub am Strand

Eine sehr schöne FeWo in bester Lage. Strand direkt vor der Tür und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die FeWo ist geräumig und der Balkon lädt zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt der zur Wohnanlage gehörende Pool war zu unserer Zeit (Oktober) nicht mehr sehr schön. Es gab keine Liegen zum Ausruhen und das Wasser machte nicht den besten Eindruck, schade! Die FeWo ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder.

Super Wohnung, super Lage!

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man brauchte und die Lage und Aussicht ein Traum. Der Strand mit Liegen quasi direkt vor der Tür und der Pool hat für die Kids (12 und 8) auch völlig ausgereicht. Direkt unter dem Wohngebäude befindet sich ein Spar Markt wo man sich während des Tages auch belegte Baguettes und gekühlte Getränke für den Strand holen kann. Die Kids haben das nach zwei Tagen sogar alleine gemacht und da fielen dann auch noch Süßigkeiten mit in den Korb ;-) Die Übergabe der Wohnung mit Herrn Klett verlief auch sehr sympathisch und kompetent und bei Fragen hätten wir uns immer bei Ihm melden können. Also wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden uns dort auch jederzeit wieder einmieten.
