The apartment is located on the roof floor of the 2018 fully renovated annexe (completion May 2019), consisting of a living room m. Kitchen (dishwasher, cooker m. Oven u. 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle), satellite TV, radio, guest access for free Wi-Fi, a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs, and a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe u. additional seating. This includes a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
In the living room is an additional pull-out double bed in a chill corner.
A special flair is conveyed by the special loft conversion, in which the roof truss was left visible (all beams were worked up carefully), which gives the rooms not only a special appearance but also a generous sense of space.
All rooms are allergy-friendly tiled and equipped with underfloor heating, to allow a cozy atmosphere even in the colder months.

The house is located in a side street on the edge of the romantic old town, where there are some cozy restaurants and cafes, for strolling on the beach promenade, to the popular and lively harbor or the National Park, there are only 5min walk.
To the fine sandy beaches in Binz or Glowe can be reached by car in about 15-20 minutes.


Leisure activities: Hikes in the nearby National Park, on the Chalk coast, excursion boat trips from the port of Sassnitz along the chalk coast, to the seaside resorts, also to Usedom and Poland, as well as trips from the ferry terminal Mukran to Sweden,

A ride on the "Raging Roland", the well-known and popular steam-powered narrow-gauge railway Rügen, is not only a special experience for railway enthusiasts, but pure for all romance.
For many, the visit to the 'Störtebeker Festival' in Ralswiek is the highlight of their holiday in Rügen.

Bicycle rides on the island's well-developed cycle paths are becoming increasingly popular, and a well-equipped bike rental service is located on the next side street.
Walks on the cliffs, through the beech forests (UNESCO World Heritage Site) or on the beaches are very attractive and relaxing even during the main season and make our apartment at any time an interesting starting point for such activities.

Health: Sassnitz has long been known for its medicinal use of the Rügen healing chalk. A stay in the healthy, clean sea air combined with targeted application of Rügen healing chalk in the local facilities is a special way of recreation.
