Loved the house, was updated, clean and stocked. My only thing would be the living room seating, with little ones was hard to curlUp and watch a movie. Hosts were great!
This house was very nice. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a backyard with a deck. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to make meals. No complaints at all. If we come up again I will be looking to stay here.
Super close to everything in hot springs, very close to Evans plunge, and the house had everything we needed. Good location to other tourist sites as well, we did Rushmore and rushmore cave, walked around Keystone, Reptile gardens, and went all around hot springs
We absolutely blessed ved staying. Home was clean and comfy. Out hosts we kind, and quick to respond if we had questions...we will absolutely stay again. Thank you for having us and the yummy bread
The home was nicely laid out and updated. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishware. Everything was well stocked. Host was easy to communicate with.
Thoroughly enjoyed the way the house had been remodeled. We had everything we needed, including toys for kids and a fenced backyard. The backyard was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
Great location, beautiful house with all the extras. Super clean and updated, lovely decor, good energy. Great layout for a multigenerational group. Loved hanging out on the back deck as well!

We loved having your family! Thank you for taking such great care of the house. We are so thankful to have such wonderful guests.
One of our favorite places to stay, ever! The home is beautifully updated, immaculately clean, and has the best-equipped kitchen. We were able to cook large meals easily, and the kids had plenty of space to play. The back yard (complete with deer and rabbits) was great, and we love the deck. Host Christine always responds promptly and made our visit so easy!
Very clean house with plenty of room. The kids really enjoyed the little toys and games that were on the property and the backyard is quiet and private. Would stay here again!
The house was a nice clean place to call our home base for our vacation. The ovation was a little tricky to find the first time, but then was an easy location to leave and return to to travel to the other nearby cities and activities that we enjoyed while in South Dakota.
It was close to everything. Hosts were very responsive. Clean and had all the amenities that were listed. The waffles were incredible. Highly highly recommend it to any family that wants to experience Hot Springs.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio and taking in the cool air. Conveniently located, although the street construction made it a bit hard to get to. Once we figured it out, we were fine.
This property is quiet and clean. As other reviews state, the surrounding properties need work but at no point did we feel unsafe. We had everything we needed.
My family enjoyed staying at the Bear Bungalow in Hot Springs, while we had a week family vacation in the Black Hills area. The property owners/managers had excellent communications before checking-in and during our stay! The house was well stocked with necessities & beautifully updated.
Thank you Ryan & Christine! ❤️

Great location & close to downtown & to Evan's Plunge, very nice house, updated & nicely decorated, clean & cozy, had everything we needed for our girl's retreat. Hostess (Christine & Ryan) had nice card & cake sitting on table for us, went great with coffee, very welcoming. Sat in back of deck 2 deer jumped down from wall in back of yard looking at us, very peacefull neighborhood. Would stay again!
This house was perfectly located for all of our adventures. I want to stress that it is a 5 star review. The only parts that we may have changed was the amount of seating in the living room. Adding some additional seats. And an airflow option in the basement like a box fan. The house was super clean and welcoming which honestly was most important to us. I would stay here again.
