Idyllic apartment in the Franconian Switzerland

Modern, spacious and ground floor apartment on the southern slope with separate entrance and two parking spaces directly in front of the apartment.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer) with a cozy dining area, large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Both bedrooms have a comfortable bed (180x200cm) and a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a TV and plenty of storage space in both rooms. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and even on the terrace.

The spacious and directly accessible terrace with comfortable seating and sun loungers invites you to linger and relax. You will enjoy the expansive view of the neighboring village, the meadows and nearby forests. The private barbecue area invites you to cozy hours under the open sky.

Numerous leisure activities can be found in the area. Such as B. Outdoor pool, climbing forest, golf course, toboggan runs, kayak tours or cave tours. Hiking, climbing or cycling are possible directly behind the house or, for example, in the nearby Veldensteiner forest. Especially with children worth a visit to the game reserve here. Further information is of course available for you on site.

Bakery and butcher are located about 1km away. Further shopping possibilities are approx. 4 km away (REWE, Aldi).

The Best VRBO Experience

My mother and I stayed 2 years ago and we loved it so much that our family booked this again for our second stay in Germany. The hosts are wonderful and friendly and leave nothing to be desired in the home. Everything you could possibly need is at hand. The property is just beautiful with spring flowers and trees planted everywhere. Many outdoor seating areas are provided to enjoy the beauty. The home is wonderful with great bedrooms and accomodations. You are also at the center of any attractions you would like to see in the area. So much to do and see with a short drive. Our family in the US, Germany and Spain all highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you for making our family trip so memorable.We will be back!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Aussenbereich zum entspannen, grillen und essen. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet nicht nur mit einwandfreien Pfannen und Töpfen sondern allem was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Großzügige, im Sommer schön kühle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Wir waren mitten in einer Hitzewelle in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben die Kühle und den Garten sehr genossen. Alles ist gut ausgestattet, durch Fliegengitter kann man immer lüften, die Küche kann man für weit mehr nutzen als nur zum Spaghetti mit Tomatensoße kochen. Grundausstattung wie Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Spülmittel ist alles da, so dass man sich da nicht extra vor Ort eindecken oder alles einpacken muss. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch einen längeren Gang getrennt, was Privatsphäre schafft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, haben uns viele Tipps gegeben, was man dort machen kann, und uns auch gerne Sachen ausgeliehen. Wir können diese Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen! Besonders, wenn man wandern gehen möchte, ist die Lage sehr gut - ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss.

Einfach Spitze!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung als Ehepaar für eine Woche gebucht und waren mehr als zufrieden! Noch nie zuvor hatten wir eine derart komplett ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete, große und saubere Ferienwohnung! Auch der Terassenbereich mit Garten ist wunderschön und mit Tisch, Liegen, Grill etc. ausgerüstet. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr bequeme Parkmöglichkeit für den PKW direkt an der Ferienwohnung. Die Eigentümer sind super nett und immer erreichbar, alles ist völlig unkompliziert abgelaufen (Einchecken/Auschecken, Unterstellmöglichkeit fürs Motorrad). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Urlaubstage! Die große Ferienwohnung war sauber, großzügig gestaltete Räume,es war alles vorhanden was man braucht,zudem ein großer Garten mit Liegestühlen, Terrassenmöbeln und einem Grillplatz. Die FeWo liegt ruhig und idyllisch umgeben von Wald und Feldern. Wir empfehlen die FeWo sehr gern weiter und wenn möglich kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Besser gehts nicht

Wir haben eine Woche Osterfrerien bei der lieben Familie Weininger in Betzenstein verbracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief absolut problemlos und bei einem kleinen Plausch erhält man erste Tipps für die Umgebung und ihre Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die große Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und es gibts nichts, was wir vermisst hätten. Es ist alles da und wenn mal was im Koffer fehlen sollte, ist es in der Wohnung definitiv vorrätig. Man kann wunderbar auf der Terasse sitzen, in die Weite gucken und die herrliche Stille genießen. Eine absolute Empfehlung unsererseits!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr geräumig. Sie war sehr sauber und durch die großen Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne auch sehr hell. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Liegestühlen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und einen separaten Parkplatz. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. In der Umgebung gibt es viel (auch für Kinder!) zu entdecken.

Immer wieder toll

Wir waren nun schon im vierten Jahr hintereinander in dieser tollen Wohnung. Sie bietet enorm viel Platz, eine toll ausgestattete Küche, geniale Fernseher, ein riesiges Bad. Alles ist toll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist abseits der großen Straßen und deshalb sehr ruhig. Trotzdem ist man schnell auf der Autobahn oder in anderen Orten. Die Gegend bietet nicht nur genügend Abwechslung für Wanderungen, sondern auch zum Essen.

Kurze erholsame Auszeit

Nach einem sehr freundlichen und informativen Empfang haben wir eine Wohnung betreten, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Ein Willkommensgeschenk (u.a. Wein und Marmelade) und andere Annehmlichkeiten in Küche und Bad waren ein sehr schöner Einstieg in unseren Kurzurlaub. Zimmer, Bad und Küche sehr groß, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Eine umlaufende, überdachte Terrasse mit viel Mobiliar und einem schönen Ausblick ins Grüne haben neben der ruhigen Lage zu unserer Erholung sehr beigetragen. Auch ein Grill war da mit netten überdachten Aufenthaltspunkten. Man hat gemerkt wieviel Mühe, Liebe und Durchdachtheit durch die Gastgeber investiert wurde und das Ergebnis ist ganz wundervoll. Herzlichen Dank.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen . Familie Weidinger ist super nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Umgebung ist zum Wandern ideal und es gibt immer etwas zu entdecken, egal ob man nur eine kleine Wanderung machen möchte oder gleich eine Tagestour.
