This holiday home is located in Orebi, in a phenomenal location where only a narrow promenade separates you from the sea and the beach. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and living room, from where you can access two marvellous terraces that are perfect for relaxing. On the north side of the house is the barbecue, where you can prepare delicious meals while the children play carefree. Orebi and the Peljeac peninsula offer many sporting activities such as windsurfing, mountain biking, hiking or diving. You can also go on excursions to the island of Korula and taste the excellent Peljeac wine.

Bewertung des Hauses sowie Sauberkeit und Lage

Wir verbrachten vom 29.8.2021 bis zum 5.9.2021 mit drei Personen unseren Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus in Orebic. Die Anfahrt zum Haus gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, vor allen Dingen mit einem größeren Fahrzeug, da die Straßen und Gassen sehr eng sind . Dies wird in der Beschreibung bei der Buchung mit keiner Silbe erwähnt. Der Empfang von der Dame die uns das Haus vorstellte war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit in dem Haus ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche war vollkommen dreckig, beziehungsweise Schimmel im Kühlschrank an dem Toaster, an der Spülmaschine. Die Frau die uns das Haus übergab, musste die Küche noch mal circa dreieinhalb Stunden reinigen sowie Teile wie Wasserkocher und Toaster konnte man nur noch entsorgen. Nach Reklamation,beziehungsweise einem Telefonat mit der Vermieterin, war diese nicht gesprächsbereit und ich zitiere „Wortlaut mit Ihnen habe ich keinen juristischen Vertrag wenden Sie sich an die Agentur“.Die Lage des Hauses ist natürlich 1a direkt am Meer mit einem schönen Pool, dass hat die Sache wieder ein bisschen annehmbarer gemacht. Der Parkplatz und die Außenanlage um den Parkplatz sowie die Einfahrt lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass so ein schönes Haus mit einer so schönen Lage man da nicht mehr draus macht.
