From the large, sunny south-facing balcony (access from the large bedroom) you have a magnificent view of the sea. Double bed in the dimensions 2x 90x 200 cm and a lot of closet space, as well as a TV are there also available. The bright living area, furnished with a buffalo leather sofa and a leather recliner, attracts the crackling fire of the stove. A very large, adjustable flat screen, a large table and of course good lighting for the bookworms is natural for our house. A modern, bright kitchen with fridge, large freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, blender, hand mixer, electric grill, quality pots and pans, plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses invite you to cozy cooking. ... and the dining table is wonderful not only for meals but also for playing. The house has a beautiful, partially covered terrace to the south behind a screen hedgerow, equipped with Kettlermöbeln and parasol, and a terrace behind the house with a sunny little garden right on the edge of the forest and therefore very private, 2 beach chairs, a modern grill bar (solid charcoal -Grill with wraparound counter) and a small garden shed, as well as garden furniture and umbrella. In summer you can relax and enjoy the sun and the fresh Baltic Sea air. The garden house has space for bicycles and fishing tackle, because the Süssauer beach offers very good fishing grounds for amateur anglers. A separate Fischausnehmeplatz is located near the beach. Thanks to child-resistant sockets, a stair gate, highchair, baby travel bed, 2 childrens steps, children's toilet seat, children's dishes and cups / cutlery, sand toys and children's games / toys and children's books for indoors, the house is particularly well suited for families with children. A third child can sleep in the "drawer" under a bed (tandem bed) in the small bedroom. But even adults can sleep there with a view of the forest on the new mattresses. In the bright bathroom you will find a towel radiator, a washing machine, as well as hair dryer, vanity mirror and viiiiel shelf space. On the ground floor is the guest toilet with window. Also books, games and CDs for our large guests was thought, so that no boredom arises even in cloudy weather. The sauna near the beach is of course also available. The Süssauer beach is a long natural beach. Please note that the majority of the beach is also approved for dogs. It is located in the 'Schönwetterecke' Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn with 200 sunny days a year!
