Excellent place to stay!

Everything was as advertised. The house and pool was great and convenient to the beach. It is a minimal drive but not bad and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay again.

Naples Vacay

Naples was a great place for a vacation. Although there was an issue with the property the day we arrived, the property manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Naples trip

The property was amazing! My only complaint is the heater in the pool was broke so made it a bit uncomfortable at first when you got in but other than that it was perfect.

Casa Allegra

Beautiful, well cared for house in the Naples Park neighborhood, which is easily accessible to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, and many other stores and restaurants. The pool was quite enjoyable as well. Just a quirky side note: we do cook when we stay away from home and usually the knives are run down and don't work well, but at Casa Allegra, they were sharp and easily to use. Thank you for a great extended get-away!

Property is comfortable but, it is not exactly as the pictures shows. You can tell it is a rental property and it is somehow showing, the kitchen cabinets has ships on the doors, carpets needs to be cleaned or change to new ones. The beds were not comfortable and the sheets were full of hair, they were from a very cheap material and made in very sloppy way. The towels you can tell are old and very used. The a/c unit was not working at all it will go from 71 to 78 by itself. It was hot and not comfortable. The dishwasher broke in the middle of the first load. The pool was good but it wasn’t clean It had sand at the bottom. Property has a good layout but needs a a little bit of touch.

Hi Yoamna .. we're sorry you felt this way about the property. I would like to clear the air here for the public since you didn't mention a few things to us while you stayed here. Yes, this is a vacation rental property. It is turned over quite often and used a lot. So of course, it is going to have a few bumps and scrapes throughout the property being used nonstop. You did mention the ac wasn't cooling properly, and I had that rectified for you immediately. You had no complaints after day one with that. The dishwasher was giving you an issue, but we have replaced the faulty part, and it is now working properly. Also, you never mentioned anything about the bedding to me. If you felt it was not acceptable, you should have mentioned it the moment you checked into the property if you saw hair. We have a very good rating with our cleaning, and we don't get complaints. So again, we're sorry you felt it wasn't up to your standards, and this is something you should have mentioned after night one of sleeping on the bedding if it was uncomfortable. And the pool was cleaned early Saturday morning on its regular scheduled day. With the amount of people in and out of the pool nonstop, coming from the beach and directly jumping into the pool and not rinsing off; of course you are going to have plenty of sand at the bottom of the pool. There is no way to avoid that unless you rinse off before entering the pool. And with high winds and rain we've been having, you are going to find leaves and bugs floating on top the water. It is an open pool with no cage, and we provide a pool skimmer for your usage to skim the pool for your convivence. We do not clean the pool every day. It is done once a week on a regular schedule, and you can skim throughout your stay to get rid of things floating. We hope you find your future stays enjoyable! Best - Jennifer property manager

Great place to stay!

I was impressed by the design and finishes of the home and the convenient location for where we were spending time. My Mom lives right up the street and there were multiple restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from. The kitchen was fully appointed, and we had a nice big breakfast each morning before going out to see the sites. The pool in the yard was a great feature to have all to ourselves. I would not hesitate to stay at this home every time I come to Naples to visit my Mom. The representative we spoke with in the office, Jenn, was extremely helpful with all arrangements to get into the home and in checking out. My only complaint was that I had to leave!

Great spot!

This was a great house for our long weekend in Naples visiting friends. Great location near the main road, restaurants and things to do. The space had a really good setup for our family and it was nicely updated. To our pleasant surprise, there were even a few toys for the kids. Would definitely stay again!
