This villa is an exceptional country house that can host large groups in complete luxury. A Finca that has been preserved to the highest standards. A place where you will be able to enjoy beautiful views giving tranquillity and serenity. Surrounded by its natural environment, the finca oozes authentic rural charm that will give you a memorable stay. A short drive to the Islands Hub, Santa Gertudis and you will be able to dine and shop in the local artisanal boutiques.
Guests will be able to enjoy complete privacy in three different living areas. Each space has its own private entrance. The large living areas, original high ceilings and beautifully decorated communal areas allow guests to find intimate chill out areas throughout the Finca. The pool area is surrounded by sun drenched terraces, chill out areas and a beautiful shaded ‘Porchada’ where you can enjoy long cool afternoons.

Can Tanit is an authentic Finca that has been preserved in true Ibicencan rustic style. All bathrooms and kitchens have been modernised using local materials and the living areas offer an opulent amount space allowing larger groups all the privacy they need.

The Villa is everything and more than what you see in the photos. The house is perfectly located in the middle of the island, close all the beaches and only a 4 minute drive to sant rafael. The house is high standard with nice clean rooms with separate bathrooms - it is like a boutique hotel. The garden gives a nice and relaxing ambience surrounded by lemon trees, hang out spots and a nice and cooling pool.
