This charming Ibiza-style villa is the ideal place for your summer holiday. Nestled in the heart of the peaceful San Antonio valley, the property is located in a quiet, agricultural area just 2 km from the town centre. 🚗

Here, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: surrounded by nature and absolute calm, yet perfectly connected via smooth paved roads. 🛣️ All essentials like supermarkets, restaurants, banks and shops are just minutes away — while you still feel completely disconnected from the noise and stress of the most touristic and crowded areas. 🌾

One of the true highlights of this property is the spectacular private pool area, located just a few steps from the house — close enough to feel connected, yet beautifully independent. 🏊‍♂️ This generous, elegant space is for the exclusive use of our guests, and it's consistently one of the most loved features by everyone who stays with us. It includes a large, inviting pool, a shaded dining area with a big table and six extremely comfortable chairs, where you can enjoy a meal or dinner at any time of day in total freedom and privacy. 🪑☀️

You’ll also find a small fridge to keep your favourite drinks cool and close at hand 🍾, a large and stylish Balinese bed, two double sun loungers and two individual loungers on the sun deck — all perfect for soaking in the sun, reading, or watching the peaceful, glowing sunsets that fill the space with calm and beauty. 🌅 All around you, the charm of an authentic Ibicencan home creates a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

For your comfort, we provide pool towels, and in every room of the house you’ll find all the necessary linens and personal towels, ready for your stay — no detail has been overlooked.

The villa is part of a fully fenced private estate, accessed through a remote-controlled sliding gate 🚪 for easy and secure access. The surroundings are tranquil and discreet, in a low-profile, family-friendly residential area, mainly inhabited by local neighbours whom I know personally — offering a level of safety and seclusion that’s hard to match.

Inside, the villa offers three bright and comfortable bedrooms, along with two full bathrooms, elegantly equipped — one of them en suite with the master bedroom. In addition, there’s a convenient guest WC by the pool area. 🛁🚿

The heart of the house is a spacious living room, furnished with two large and cozy sofas, perfect for relaxing together. The space is adorned with authentic furniture passed down through my family, giving it a warm and personal touch that reflects the character and soul of the home.

You’ll also find two generous terraces, each with its own charm:
– The main terrace, leading off the living room, features an extremely comfortable outdoor sofa — ideal for lying back with a good book 📖 or enjoying a glass of wine 🍷 as the sun sets.
– The second terrace, adjoining the kitchen, is perfect for morning breakfasts, surrounded by garden views 🌺 and overlooking the valley and the mountains beyond 🌄 — a serene spot to start the day.

The kitchen itself is very spacious and fully equipped, ideal for cooking together or simply enjoying a relaxed meal. The entire home is fitted with air conditioning in every room, and of course, you’ll have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi 📶 for work, play or staying in touch.

Outside, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens 🌸 and a lovingly tended orchard with fruit trees — including orange, lemon and cherry 🍊🍋🍒. Depending on the time of year, you’re welcome to enjoy their fresh fruit straight from the tree. There's also ample private parking, just steps from the house, offering maximum convenience.
