Tropical Oasis - Long Term 90 Day Rental
This home has a minimum 90-day rental period.
The Tropical Oasis Pool Home is a very private setting, a short 1.5 blocks from Melbourne Beach, with private beach access and a screened-in pool and spa. If you are looking to relax in comfort, take in the sunset with a cocktail, or grill and relax by the pool then you may just have found your perfect vacation home!
This beach house is a rare find and we have no doubt that you will absolutely love spending time here. It is located only a short walk (5 minutes) from the beach.
The main living area has views of the screen in pool and hot tub. The main living area includes comfortable seating, a ROKU smart TV with all the popular streaming apps. The dining area seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen - we hope we have thought of everything you may need! There are all the major appliances, including a dishwasher, and many smaller appliances, including a Keurig and regular coffee machine, a blender for healthy morning smoothies, or vacation cocktails!
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, closet space for your clothes and a smart TV for your entertainment. We use excellent quality linens. All linens and towels are laundered at high temperatures.
The other bedrooms include a King, Queen and Bunk Beds (Full and Twin) and all bedrooms include a smart TV.
There is a washer and dryer for your use and we supply starter amounts of house hold necessities (bathroom tissue, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, etc.).
In just a few steps, you can be running on the beach in the early morning, lazing in the water, sitting with your toes in the sand, contemplating life, or strolling the shores searching for shells. We provide beach towels and beach chairs.
In the garage you can find several toys:
* Kayaks (Life Jackets are not provided. Walmart sells jackets for <$15.)
* Fishing Equipment
* Body Boards
* Skim Boards
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

The home offers a very quiet and secluded setting but one that still offers all the modern conveniences. The location is situated only minutes to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. In addition, the home offers the perfect escape for beach, nature, and fishing lovers.
Beach Lovers:
You can bask in the sunshine on miles and miles of Melbourne Beach's unspoiled coast by daylight or, at night, enjoy a romantic moonlit walk, complete with tropical breezes. The beaches are very quiet and private and not the typical crowded beach experience. It is not uncommon to be the only person on the beach.
Nature Lovers:
The Indian River Lagoon and beaches offer endless opportunities for nature lovers. Launch kayaks in the Indian River Lagoon and enjoy seeing dolphins, manatees, otters and hundreds of other animal species. Hit the sandbars and search for crabs and unique shells while soaking up some sun. In fact, protected sea turtle nests are visible March through October.
Fishing Lovers:
Melbourne Beach is a great fishing location for inshore, surf and offshore fishing. Located just behind the home is Honest John’s Fish Camp which offers affordable small power boat rentals and access to the world class fishing Indian River Lagoon. The Sebastian inlet state park (7 minute drive) offers renowned pier, jetty and bridge fishing minutes from the home. The kayaks in the garage can be launched at several locations Honest John, Sebastian State Park, Long Point Park, Wabasso Causeway Park. Shore fishing at the three island causeways is excellent and all provide very convenient vehicle access. Surf fishing can be enjoyed at local beaches throughout Melbourne Beach. Finally, there are several bait and tackle stores located within a short drive from the home and we highly recommend Whitey's Bait & Tackle which has great staff and inexpensive live bait prices. They also offer reasonably priced fishing equipment rentals.
