This home offers an ample amount of space including 2 Masters w/ensuite baths (King+Queen) an additional Queen, Bunk Room (full over full), Sofa Bed, Trifold Mattress, and 2 Pack 'n Plays! Two family rooms with smart TV's, smart TV's in every bedroom that has Spectrum TV/WIFi. HBO and many other channels included! Our Backyard indludes a 10x50' lap pool, complete outdoor living area, lounge chairs, charcoal BBQ, 36" Blackstone cooking station, and so much more! We have 6 bike cruisers, Beach chairs, wagon, paddle boards, and cooler bag for a perfect day at the beach or Gleason Park (1 Block)! Outstanding restaurants, shops and bars are a very short distance, several are within walking distance! Local attractions include Cocoa Beach Dolphin tours, Space X shuttle launches, Kayaking, fishing tours, snorkeling, and so many other options!!

Beautiful Home

The home was very nice! Very spacious! Almost like having 2 living spaces! The pool was also great! The host responded very quickly to any questions I had.

Fun Family Trip

This was a great house, in a great location. It was nice and quiet and you could walk to the beach. We had a five cousins and they had a great time in the room with multiple bunk beds. The one thing to know is that the pool does not have a shallow end, but there are floaties there.

Fantastic place to stay

It was a great house that was super clean and had room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Closer to everything, including a dog Beach! The host was super sweet and easy to communicate with. In addition, it was perfect weather to dip in the pool every night.

This place was false advertising at its best. It states there are two King beds, one Queen and two bunk beds. There is only one King. The other two bedrooms have queens. The fourth bedroom with the bunk beds is accurate. In addition to one of the bedrooms being a queen, the bed frame was broken which prevented part of our adult party to sleep on the bed the first night. After hanging up on me when I brought this to the owners attention, she did finally arrange for someone to fix the bed that second night. Also as a precaution, there a lot of damage and broken items, holes in doors, marks on walls to where I felt I needed to take photos and documents with owner to ensure I would not get charged for anything. The best part of the property is the pool, quiet-at-night neighborhood and proximity to a dog beach and restaurant/grocery stores

Spacious Pool House

House was awesome! Pool and patio were great. Spacious house. Everything you need to cook. Not far from beaches. Close to grocery store. You can see rocket launches from beach and even backyard. Will stay again. About an hour from KSC

Comfortable if you’re not a neat freak!

We came for our son’s graduation and enjoyed the space, location, & proximity to the beach. We also loved the backyard space! The only thing I would add on the negative side is the rental had some maintenance issues like ants, stains on carpets, and needed some extra cleaning. However, these things didn’t disrupt our enjoyment of the space but for some people it might.

Fantastic Stay

We went down for a softball tournament, at a complex about 15 miles from the house location. This home is located in a nice typical “old” Florida neighborhood and has a great deal of charm. On arrival, we noticed of the house was cleaned incredibly well, the pool was ready for use - and the home was stocked with essentials and everything needed to get started. While the house has some minor upkeep issues, those issues had zero impact on our stay or the enjoyment of the location and the friendly neighbors. Thanks for a fantastic week, we look forward to staying with you in the future.

Wonderful experience.

Our group had a wonderful experience. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. Clean with plenty of space and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being so close to the beach which is within walking distance. The pool was amazing with plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. Especially enjoyed the black stone grill. Communication with the honors was exceptional, very responsive and took care of everything we needed or any questions we had. We would love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

We haven’t been on a fun family vacation in a while and this was our first real vacation for our young boys. The house was perfect! They loved the bunk beds. The pool and backyard were amazing too, the pictures do not do it justice, it felt a lot bigger. We walked to the beach one evening but drove the next day with supplies, the house had a wagon, chairs, and supplies to use, and super close to beach access and parking. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the charcoal grill multiple times. The house and furnishings were nice too, very big and spacious. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Great stay! Thanks for having us.

Our group had a great time. The home was clean and exactly what we needed and expected. We’re hoping to come back for the same trip next year. There’s nearly everything you’ll need for cooking and it was nice to have the flat top grill outside. Easy check-in and out and responsive hosts. The only feedback I have is that there are 2 king bed rooms in the listing — but if I’m not mistaken, there’s only 1 king and the other 2 single bed rooms are queen. And the bunks beds were a wee bit squeaky, but the extra mattress in the upstairs bonus room was used instead and she said she slept like a baby. Thank you for having us!!!

I think the occupancy rating needs to be adjusted. There’s not enough parking for 10 people unless everyone rode in 2 cars. AC upstairs and downstairs had issues and would not bring the temp down past 76 for some reason. Besides the parking issues and AC issues everything else was good

A Week At the Beach

We had an excellent week at this property. Any comments are to ensure happiness of those who follow us. We arrived to have the garbage disposal so stuffed it had blown the fuss - easy fix. There were no workable strainers so it was hard to keep the pool clean between pool attendant visit. The beds were very comfortable. The two king size were on the first floor. The master bed had a queen size mattress on the king frame - just info to know. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was wonderful as 0.3 mile walk to the park with the trails. Publix a half mile away. There were many comfortable beach chairs. Although close to the beach, it was much safer to drive because of the busy street to cross with no light. This is a very quiet neighborhood which added to the restful experience.

The pictures are not accurate to house's current condition

Disappointed with our stay as the house had a lot of potential but the online pictures obviously are very old. The house is spacious and the location and neighborhood were good. The listing mentioned 2 king beds but there only appeared to be 1 in the house. Many things were dirty when we arrived (fridge, baseboards, ceiling fans and tile in showers and bathrooms). The furnishings staged in the pictures along with bedding do not match what is actually there. The one room with the bunk beds had tiny bugs crawling all over the walls and even in the beds that we immediately stripped them and washed them when we arrived. We found food wrappers behind furniture from previous guests and bugs (lizards and worms) in other places in the house. The outside flowerbeds in front of the house haven't been touched in quite some time, alot of overgrowth. We had to put a towel down over the threshhold into the room with the bunk beds because the carpet was coming up and had nails exposed that one of the kids stepped on as soon as we arrived. The pool hadn't been cleaned until we had been there 5 days and someone came by while we were gone for the day. The queen bed on the 1st floor had broken slates so the bed kept breaking in the middle of the night. There is so much potential with this house but it just seems its not being taken care of.

We live in the beautiful city of Saratoga Springs Utah. We love to recreate at the sand dunes, boat at our favorite local lakes and reservoirs. We also enjoy camping, hiking, and being with our three awesome kids, friends, and family. We have been married for 21 years and are beyond blessed to have our close friends and family live a few minutes away.

Super friendly/safe neighborhood! We were drawn to the location since we are only a few minute bike ride to the beach. The area is also less prone to being directly hit by hurricanes. The area has great restaurants, shopping, and hole in the wall bars. Our home is a short distance to beautiful beaches and rocket launches from Space X.
