New in 2016 - a spa inspired bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The condo has a king size bed and 2 bunk beds. Million Dollar Views! Ideal location. Arrive for your vacation, park your car in the private lot and walk to shops, restaurants, or explore the island on the miles of biking/walking paths. Here is some background: The Forands bought this condo in October, 2009 and beautifully updated everything. The kitchen features white shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a full size dishwasher and a 2 burner glass cook top. There is also a large toaster oven. The kitchen has what you need to cook with. Plates, glassware and silverware are included. Most guests combine going out to eat and preparing meals at the condo. The bedroom area has all new furniture including a wardrobe and dresser.. There is a king bed too. The bedroom is open to the rest of the condo - there is no wall to separate the bedroom from the hallway. This is why we can fit a King size bed.

Watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean (spring and fall) or enjoy the evening breeze while you watch the porpoises swim in the ocean. The location of this oceanfront end unit affords unobstructed views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, miles of Hilton Head Beach, and the oceanfront pool. The end unit location means your stay will be more private and quieter. At the same time you will have an unobstructed view of the pool and beach. Decor is classic, simple and tasteful. Updates such as repainting walls or replacing or adding new items are done regularly by the owners. The view is the star attraction which is why the third floor books first.
The decor of this classy condo was done with you in mind. Stacey personally selected all the furnishings, area rugs and bedding as if it were our private home. You will be thrilled - it's all there - spectacular views, luxurious and classy decor, great location. This condo has it all. Stacey, the owner, is easy to contact and easy to work with. She answers her phone and checks her email multiple times a day.
This condo usually sells out fast so book early to get your first choice of weeks. Many clients come back every year!
This property is great for a couple who wants a romantic get away, or families with small children, a single individual who wants a relaxing few days off, golfers and snowbirds looking to escape the cold and ice of the north. We do not recommend this complex for 4 Adults - this would be a challenge and you will not be happy. We are experienced with International renters.
Pets are not permitted in Breakers however there is a terrific kennel on the island if you want your pet nearby.
Add 10% to posted rates for South Carolina Occupancy Tax. Cleaning will occur bedore you arrive and after you leave and this is included in the rent. All towels, linens sheets and bedding is included. This will be the best vacation you ever take on Hilton Head Island! You will not regret your decision.

About Stacey M Forand
Our first vacation to Hilton Head Island was in spring of 1992. Since then we have returned nearly every year for our vacation. Hilton Head holds special memories for our family. Richard and Stacey have a long time marriage of over 30 years. Richard is an Insurance Executive in Chicago and Stacey was a full time Mother and volunteer up until September, 2016. She was recruited to work Part Time teaching English to Refugees and Immigrants. She works M-Th mornings until 11 am Central Time Zone.

Why Stacey M Forand chose North Forest Beach
We bought Breakers 335 mainly due to the Oceanfront location. You can change the interior of a condo but you can never change the location. We saw it and bought it on the same day. I remember walking into the condo in the beautiful ocean was right there, the sun was streaming in and that voice inside my head said this is it! That was Columbus Day weekend, 2009. We hired a contractor because the whole place needed to be gutted. It was fun to pick out the flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite, etc. Our first renter was in early April 2010.
What makes this Condo unique
This property has a million dollar view! It's private but glance over the side railing of the balcony to see the entire pool and pool deck. it's the best location in Breakers - on the quiet side of the building! The best way to describe the location of our condo is you can see everything but nobody can see you. It's also on the north end setting means you won't hear the loud bands playing on the weekends in the Beach Market Bars. The Beach Market is a collection of shops and restaurants on the street adjacent to the Breakers Complex.

Great place to stay in the heart of coligny, walk to shopping, dining and right on the beach! Would recommend for a couple or single person, but just right for our holiday weekend! Thank you, breakfast in the patio on the beach couldn't have been better!

Beautiful and relaxing
Great retreat spot for couples. Enjoyed the king-sized bed, gorgeous ocean views, and condo amenities. Condo was quiet and had a private feel due to being a top floor end unit. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We'll be back!

Loved the easy access to beach - and walking distance to so many restaurants/shops fantastic. Condo itself was totally fine - all the necessities, although could use some new furniture. View and overall value can't be beat. Best unit in the complex, for sure. Would definitely return..,!

Dolphin Cruise, sightseeing cruises, PGA Tour Event at Harbor Town. Rent bikes and ride the many miles of bike paths on Hilton Head Island. Kayak through the oyster beds on Broad Creek Marshes.
Additional information about rental rates
A refundable security deposit of $150 is due at time of booking. Security deposits are returned one week after departure following a satisfactory inspection of the condo and contents. The code to the keyless entry will be mailed to you along with a parking permit once final payment is made and received by owner. All bed linens, towels and kitchen towels, a roll of paper towels and toilet paper are included. There is a hairdryer in the condo. Stacey is available to answer questions by email, text or phone call. She does teach Adult Education ESL classes M-Th mornings.
