New in 2016 - a spa inspired bathroom featuring a walk in shower. The condo has a king size bed and 2 bunk beds. Million Dollar Views! Ideal location. Arrive for your vacation, park your car in the private lot and walk to shops, restaurants, or explore the island on the miles of biking/walking paths. Here is some background: The Forands bought this condo in October, 2009 and beautifully updated everything. The kitchen features white shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a full size dishwasher and a 2 burner glass cook top. There is also a large toaster oven. The kitchen is fully stocked if you love to cook while on vacation. The bedroom area has all new furniture including a wardrobe, dresser and of course a king bed. The bedroom is open to the rest of the condo - there is no wall to separate the bedroom from the hallway. This is why we can fit a King size bed.

Stunning views of Hilton Head Beach, and Tybee Island,GA to the south from the private, ocean-front balcony. Watch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean (spring and fall) or enjoy the evening breeze while you watch the porpoises swim in the ocean. The location of this oceanfront end unit affords unobstructed views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, miles of Hilton Head Beach, and the oceanfront pool. The end unit location means your stay will be more private and quieter. At the same time you will have an unobstructed view of the pool! Decor is classic, simple and tasteful. Updates such as repainting walls or replacing or adding new items are done regularly by the owners. The view is the star attraction which is why the third floor books first.

The decor of this classy condo was done with you in mind. Stacey personally selected all the furnishings, area rugs and bedding as if it were our private home.You will be thrilled - it's all there - spectacular views, luxurious and classy decor, great location. This condo has it all. Stacey, the owner is easy to contact and easy to work with. She answers her phone and checks her email multiple times a day.

This condo usually sells out fast so book early to get your first choice of weeks. Many clients come back every year!

This property is great for a couple who wants a romantic get away, or families with small children, a single individual who wants a relaxing few days off, golfers and snowbirds looking to escape the cold and ice of the north. We do not recommend this complex for 4 Adults - this would be a challenge and you will not be happy. We are experienced with International renters. Or if you book online expect to get a call from Stacey within a day or two.

Pets are not permitted in Breakers however there is a terrific kennel on the island if you feel the need to bring your puppy.

Add 10% to posted rates for South Carolina Occupancy Tax. Cleaning will occur bedore you arrive and after you leave and this is included in the rent. All towels, linens sheets and bedding is included. This will be the best vacation you ever take on Hilton Head Island! You will not regret your decision.

About Stacey M Forand

Our first vacation to Hilton Head Island was in spring of 1992. Since then we have returned nearly every year for our vacation. Hilton Head holds special memories for our family. Richard and Stacey have a long time marriage of over 30 years. Richard is an Insurance Executive in Chicago and Stacey was a full time Mother and volunteer up until September, 2016. She was recruited to work Part Time teaching ESL and Job Readiness Skills to newly arriving Refugees.

Why Stacey M Forand chose Island Areas

We bought Breakers 335 mainly due to the Oceanfront location. You can change the interior of a condo but you can never change the location. We saw it and bought it on the same day. We weren't familiar with Breakers but my first impression of the exterior property, and the pool and deck area was very positive. It looked like it was well care for. We knew 335 would need a complete renovation. I enjoy selecting cabinets, wall paint, and furniture so this was a fun adventure for me. I bought the bigger things in HHI and shopped in Chicago for things we could fit in the car. It's important to me to keep the condo updated which is why we continue to invest in improvements and updates.

What makes this condo unique

This property has a million dollar view! It's private but glance over the side railing of the balcony to see the entire pool and pool deck. it's the best location in Breakers - on the quiet side of the building! The best way to describe the location of our condo is you can see everything but nobody can see you. It's also on the north end setting means you won't hear the loud bands playing on the weekends in the Beach Market Bars. The Beach Market is a collection of shops and restaurants on the street adjacent to the Breakers Complex.

  • The bathroom is conveniently located close the to the laundry area. In 2016 the bathroom was renovated. The old acrylic tub was removed and a beautiful walk in shower was added. Also a new larger vanity and sink was installed and a new toilet.

Loved the easy access to beach - and walking distance to so many restaurants/shops fantastic. Condo itself was totally fine - all the necessities, although could use some new furniture. View and overall value can't be beat. Best unit in the complex, for sure. Would definitely return..,!

We loved staying in this condo versus a hotel. Ocean front, pool and across the street from Coligny Plaza, we couldn't have asked for more. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Would definitely rent from Stacey again.

The Condo was clean and the view is amazing!

The bedroom is open with a comfortable king size bed. The living space is comfortable and has lots of natural light from the extra window and the deck view is awesome!

Stacey keeps her place clean and stocked with essential kitchen items. She is friendly and prompt.

Location! Location! Location!

Breakers 335 was the perfect place for us to spend our 25th anniversary. We loved the open floor plan and the beautiful views. On several occasions we saw dolphins swimming from the porch. Stacey was a delight to work with and she honored everything she said she would do. The Coligney area is the best! We ate out every night enjoying Jazz music, Latin dancing, outdoor bands, great craft brews and beautiful sunsets. Kudos to Odyssey Health Club which is very close. Their facility is first class. Truly Hilton Head is one of our favorite vacation spots.

Damage Deposit $150

A refundable security deposit of $150 is due at time of booking. Deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the condo - the week following departure.
