Very Good for a large family/multi families

Lots of room!! Super conversational location to parks, outlets, restaurants, grocery store…everything. Property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Check in was online. The coffee pot took for ever to brew. It needs to be updated to a K-Cup machine, and some cups with sweetener in the kitchen.

It was a fantastic experience to stay in this house during our trip to Disney, with friends and our family. The kids loved the Star Wars room. Comfortable rooms, good quality towels and bed linen. Quality kitchen utensils. Hostess always available.

The house was spacious, loved the location. However, it looked much better in the photos. The cleaning could’ve been better. The bedding didn’t appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. The carpet and walls could use a cleaning. The oven barely worked. Lastly, there were roaches in the kitchen. I felt house fished to be honest.

The cleaning service always completes a full professional cleaning before each check-in, and the report confirmed that all areas were well prepared to high standard. Our villa also receives regular preventive pest control service. During checkout, the cleaning service found multiple linens with food stains, which could unfortunately attract insects, especially when food was not stored properly during your stay. We had to replace all the linens for our future guests. We’re committed to providing an excellent experience for all our guests, as reflected in the many positive reviews we’ve received. Overall my family had a great time! There are somethings that need to be fixed around the property but they did not hinder our stay and we would stay again. The Hottub only worked 1 day out of the 4 that I paid extra for which was a let down and I would want proof that it has been fixed prior to staying again. I also think that the pool and hottub should be turned on prior to arrival not the day of because it does take awhile to heat up. Other than this one compliant we had a great time because it was all about spending time together.

Great Stay

We had a very nice extended family vacation! House was very clean and spacious! A few issues we did have Emily responded quickly and tried to handle. One issue that didn't get fixed (they tried with a new filter) was the water and ice stop working a few days in. I would say that was the biggest annoyance as we had to go to the store many times for ice and bottled water. We did pay to heat the pool but it did not seem to be a warm/swimmable temperature for most of us adults (temp outside was low 80s). My father wasn't happy that the pool spa did not heat up like a hot tub so be aware. Overall we were happy with our stay! Thanks for the memories!

Good stay small issues

Overall the house was good. Some small issues that keeps it from a 5 star review. No garbage cans in some of the bathrooms. No hand soap. The hand soap dispensers were there and there use to be some in them but not anymore. Although overall the house was clean there was some mold in the downstairs shower. The coach in the living room is very uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again but it does not get a 5 star from me.

Dirty and heavily used /worn

The pictures shown are original from when the property was built. My family and I were mostly dissatisfied with the shape of the place overall and the cleanliness upon check in. Floors were dirty and there were food and dirt stains on the ceiling and walls. The place needs a deep clean. The floors in the master bath and small bath upstairs were in disrepair with almost all grout missing / cracked tiles that moved under your feet. Many towel hooks and a toilet paper hooks were broken and unusable. There was a clogged sink in one of the bathrooms upstairs. We paid to heat the pool , but due to poor chemical maintenance and an old filter , the skimmer and heater could not work properly, so we had a dirty cold pool for our whole stay. Pool heat was refunded , but issue wasn’t really rectified and we were disappointed. My parents sheets smelled of heavy perfume (leading us to believe the sheets were not washed between guests). The back door doesn’t lock properly and we had to jerry rig something to feel secure when we left the place or when we went to bed at night (we have small kids). The proximity to Disney is good, the space itself is as is presented (other than the deficiencies mentioned above) and fits a large group well. It’s basic and they supply nothing (but are upfront about that) bring your own hand soap even. All in all, I think if this place was better managed and maintained it could have been great. But poor maintenance has left it in disrepair.
