Place was very clean. We had a great time at the Solara resort. House is huge, and our large group had plenty of space and we did not feel crowded at all. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the home and amenities with extended family ages 6 months to 85!Close to Disney, and the drive to and from Disney does not require driving on I-4. The pool is amazing! Very nice neighborhood and close to Publix, Aldi, and Walmart.Andrew is very attentive, and easy to work with. Would certainly stay here again!

My family (total 17 guests, 4 being children under the age of 6) had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful home, lots of space and many memories made here. Having access to the resort was also a great perk when staying back at the house and not going to a Disney World park.Any questions during our stay was quickly and efficiently answered by the host.We really enjoyed our time and are already looking forward to another trip here.Thank you!

Everything We Hoped For

It’s always a little unnerving to book a property for a vacation get-away. We were a party of 16 with an age range of 5 to 72. This home looked perfect via the pictures but was far far more impressive once we arrived. It’s a beautiful expansive home in a beautiful resort setting. Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about our stay, my interactions with our host Andrew and the location of the property. Traveling around the Orlando area can be maddening but this house and the surrounding neighborhood had a quiet serenity about it. The place was perfect for our needs and provided the vacation experience we all hoped for.

Misleading

The house was nice but was disappointed with the bedrooms and bathroom did not say they were jack and Jill bathroom other wise I would not have booked it was misleading.on the site said bathroom in each room some stuff was broken from day one spot on bedroom floor.Hair was in shower floor in bathroom was dirty and hair on floor

We absolutely loved our stay for 17 adults at this property. The hot tub and pool were great, the listing photos were very accurate, and communication was easy! My only notes would be that we needed to buy more toilet paper and a few more pillows and bath towels would have been great.

This lovely property was a home away from home. We arrived earlier than anticipated and visited the Solara clubhouse at Andrew's suggestion. He was very prompt returning messages, which was greatly appreciated! The kids enjoyed swimming, playing at the arcade and having ice cream from the shop in the restaurant/bar while the guys enjoyed watching soccer at the bar. Once checked in, the house itself was perfect, with a game room and pool to keep the littles happy! The kichen had everything needed had I decided to cook. The cabinets were labeled with the number of items that should be in place, which was very helpful when checking out. Trash pickup was a little confusing as everything did not fit in the bin at the front door. In one set of directions it says you will be fined if trash is not in the bin nice and neat and if you have overflow you should call a number to collect your trash for 75. On another note inside the house, it says to stack trash neatly on lawn at checkout. I was nervous to do that, but thank goodness the guys collecting trash were outside when we were leaving and we were able to give them everything, adverting crisis. There were some small cosmetic things such as a bunk missing a ladder, some LED lights that had fallen or were not working, and other minor things but nothing to detract from the overall beauty of the home. The location to the parks, the amenities of the resort and the home itself checked all of our boxes! Definitely recommend!
