🏡 SLEEPS 12. Newly Reno House with 4 bedrooms

Newly renovated house with all new furnishings. 4 bedrooms all located upstairs with three full baths. Master bedroom has private bathroom with double sinks and 3 closets including large walk-in closet. The other three rooms have a shared bath.

Exclusive view with large corner lot. Main floor has a lot to offers, large living space double the standard size with full bath. The large kitchen has breakfast and dining table of 6plus chairs and all in one nice area with beautiful outside views. Mesh in Sunroom allow you to have good air while keeping most of the bugs out. A beautiful mostly paved fence in private backyard is good for pets and entertainment. Come and see it for yourself. Laundry room on site with basic soap you can use to wash and dry your laundry. Garage will be off limit and lock up for owner storage for cleaning supplies. Thank you and enjoy your stay. Call 4048633007 if you want to know more about the space. We only allow max of 12 guests and visitors combine at any giving time on premise. Anymore than 12 will forfeit your stay without return of booking fees. Thank you and enjoy your stay!

We were in town to wrk the Mule Camp Festival. This house met all our needs!! Very clean!! Comfortable beds in every room!! Nice hot showers!! And we enjoyed the private backyard gathering area!! Look forward to staying here again next year!!

Wonderful home!

This house was perfect for our recent visit to Gainesville with our 3 sons and 3 of our grandchildren. It is centrally located in a very nice, walkable neighborhood. The host was extremely helpful before, during and after our stay, including helping us retrieve a valuable item we left behind.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful experience staying in this home. The neighborhood is in a great location, beautifully kept with very little noise. The home has very comfortable beds, plenty of space for gathering and all the amenities you could possibly need. We are very grateful for the hospitality and will definitely be back!

Great stay in every way

We are a group of sale professionals that do b2b sales. I rented this listing for us to use as a home base for a 4 day sales blitz. I can’t brag enough about the house, host, neighborhood and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this for my family to stay here on a vacation.

Perfect Christmas

We decided to have a destination Christmas. We are retired and have adult children and aging grandparents so we decided to have a new family tradition. The house was the perfect retreat. The owner was amazing and attended to every need we had. The house was large which was perfect for our party of 6.

Fenced backyard

My 4 year old grandson loved the paved area in the backyard. Yes, it does have a filled in pool but the remaining concrete area around it & the fencing made an awesome safe area to ride his small car.

Wedding get away

We had a very nice time. It was great to have our whole family in one place so we could catch up on the days activities. We were able to enjoy each other without having to go from room to room in a hotel. The property was fairly easy to get to and was within 15 minutes of my GA family. Had a small issue and the property owner was right on it and helped in every way. He was very kind and considerate. I would totally recommend this VRBO to any one who wants s a quiet get away in Gainesville.

Cockroaches

The house looked good, but when we was inside for less an an hour , cockroaches cameos out from under the stove and outlet in the downstairs bathroom. We left the house immediately. Demanded a refund . Not received it yet. We were that for our granddaughters wedding. We ended up getting hotel room at an expensive cost! The managers said they would spray lemon , which of course you need to bomb the house with chemicals. I do not recommend staying here!!!!
