Adorable 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath townhome in the most convenient location in the heart of desirable Homewood AL. 5 minutes from downtown Birmingham, walking distance to SOHO, restaurants, shops, parks, grocery, etc. Also 5 minutes from UAB, Brookwood, and St. Vincent’s hospitals. Newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a restful stay. Patio, dining room, kitchen with all the essentials including a keurig to brew pods or drip coffee. Washer and dryer with detergent available in unit.

What a welcoming place to stay during my trip to Homewood. After a long day of travel I arrived to a very clean home, easy check in, and nice personal touches such as cold bottled water, snacks, and everything I needed to make coffee. The location is great, close to town and short drive to parks, and nice neighborhoods to walk the dog.

Another great stay!

We had another great stay! Beautifully decorated, very clean, well provisioned and located walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. The host Trey was so nice and accommodated us when we asked to arrive a day early and bring our dogs due to a hurricane hitting our area. Booked three more future stays!

Dad’s Funeral

We stayed over the weekend for my father-in-laws funeral. The condo was very cozy, but had just enough room. Very updated and clean in a great location, in walking distance great eateries. Very attentive and responsive host. All and all a great place to stay!

Wedding Weekend

We couldn't have been happier. Location worked for us and nice and clean with new appliances. Only issue was the noise from people walking normally in the unit above was a bit loud.

Close, convenient and clean

We booked this property to move our daughter into Samford University. It was close to the University, shopping and restaurants. There was one tiny code glitch to get into the rental upon arrival and I mention this not to be negative, but to praise Trey for such quick responses and prompt communication. He took very good care of us. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Had everything we needed, listing and pictures were accurate and the townhouse was close to a lot of things including the Catholic Church and shopping!
