It overlooks the property’s large and relaxing pool and is perfectly situated for sea excursions and walking distance into downtown for access to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

The spacious floor plan has an open cook’s kitchen and a cozy living room which leads to the large ocean view balcony, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps and evening cocktails. Our suite has recently been upgraded with high end furnishings and lovely decor. Enjoy the warmth and the richness of the personalized interior as you make yourself at home. Free Wi-Fi, over 400 internet TV channels, Smart TV/DVD players, Washer/Dryer and all kitchenware are provided to ensure your stay is comfortable.

Once your vacation has been confirmed, our personal concierge will contact you to introduce herself and her services. Maggie is available for your stay as our gift to you to enhance your Cabo San Lucas experience. As the Villa’s personal guest ambassador, she will greet you upon your arrival, show you around the luxurious 5-star resort and lead you to your temporary vacation home. In addition, she can arrange luxury transportation to and from the airport. Maggie can answer all questions that you may have, provide contact information for activities and excursions and can also arrange to have the Villa pre-stocked with groceries for a small fee to ensure you have all that you need to make your vacation unforgettable.

Enjoyable stay

We had a great stay. Martin helped us with contacts for a Catamaran water excursion for our large group. Maggie was quick to respond to any of our needs while on the property.

Amazing Cabo getaway!

Martin’s place was perfect!! Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make everything we wanted to! The pools and beach were wonderful. Plenty of chairs at both the pool and beach and the staff was super helpful! The view was amazing ! We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous week at Villa La Estancia

Martin’s Villa was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, super comfortable beds, and the view was amazing. Although the beach was not swimmable this week, the pools are beautiful and we also kept busy with boat rides, ATV adventure, golf, and an amazing visit to Flora Farms. We hope to return!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I visited with our sons aged 9 and 6 in January to escape the Missouri winter. Our stay at Martin's condo was absolute perfection. The resort amenities, coupled with the space, view and location of the property, set the stage for a flawless vacation. Martin the owner and Maggie the concierge made our stay seamless and comfortable and the resort staff were helpful at ever turn. We have already booked a return stay!

Perfect January Getaway

Martin's condo is a wonderful place to stay with family! This was our second visit and the condo and overall property at Villa La Estancia were once again the perfect getaway. Ahead of the trip Martin provided his recommended airport transportation service and Maggie the concierge, helped us organize grocery delivery and an early check-in. The resort staff were amazing - especially Diane at the front desk. The pool and beach were as wonderful as we remembered. We also loved the pickleball courts and the sports bar at the sister resort was a great place to catch an NFL playoff game. We hope to return again soon!

Great unit in the complex

This unit is incredibly well located and has a great third floor view close to the Sea and pools with really good views and great afternoon sun on the patio. Large unit very well maintained and decorated. Pool and beach seems like they could use more lounge chairs but that is a complex issue not a unit issue.

Great option for family vacation

This condo had a great view and location at the resort. We spent a lot of time on the large patio. Pics are exactly as the experience. Very clean and kitchen had nice appliances. We only had 4 adults, but easily could have fit 6. The resort has hotel amenities and it is a 20 min walk to town, 30 min to the marina. Owner and property manager very responsive. The transportation company they recommended were great too. Wifi was not great.

Amazing Birthday Celebration with family

Wow!!!! This place is 10 out of a 10! The unit is perfect and has everything you need to make it feel like a 2nd home! We loved making breakfast every morning and sitting out on the beautiful HUGE patio with beautiful ocean views! At the end of the day we enjoy a few backgammon tourneys with with family. So much fun and so very relaxing! The property management takes amazing care of the pools and the pool deck and surrounding area! We'll be back!!! Thank you Martin! Maggie you made my Birthday very special, thank you for your thoughtfulness!

It was top notch and the communication was good from the start with a Martin as the owner and then all the way through the stay. The Pool Staff was great also both Sebastian and his team and Fernando from the pool bar area who waited on the pool chair folks... the location was great and this property (Estancia) was great and of the three at this location the best for adults. The fact that all are privately owned makes a difference and thus made it feel like you were not staying at a spot for young adults with lots of noise and partying. The staff from a security perspective at the beach entry and exit is 7x24 which is great and the locals looking to sell stuff are respectful of a simple no gracias. I will almost certainly visit Cabo again and this specific spot and Villa!!! Hard to find much to improve... a dinner at Flora Farms also was awesome and we ran into Simon Cowell (of the you will see someone rich and famous) which was great.

Just Perfect

This was our first time staying at La Estancia and also our first time not being at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. In hindsight, I would not have changed a thing. Maggie was sooo helpful! She did a little grocery shopping for us prior to our arrival, and let me tell you - it is fabulous walking into a condo pre-stocked with cold beer and snacks so that your vacation starts from the moment you arrive! Everything from the view to the comfort of the beds was as good or better than other resorts I've visited in Cabo. The staff around the resort was very friendly and accomodating. The pool at La Estancia was perfect for us... plenty of people but not overcrowded, and there was a pool bar with good mixed drinks and the food at the bar was very good as well. As an added bonus, you have access to the resort on either side of La Estancia, I believe those 2 are both timeshare properties so they are a bit more crowded and hectic but fun to mix up the scenery, and there were some good food options (on the beach) at the resort directly behind our room. All in all, our 7 nights in Martin's condo just couldn't have been better!! Thank you Martin and Maggie for all of your hospitality - we will be back :) p.s. we found a dinner spot we just loved... visit Maria Corona for dinner one evening if you have time. It's on the more expensive side for Cabo, but the ambiance as well as the food were fantastic!

Great spacious condo in beautiful Cabo

First trip to Cabo for our family of 6 and we fell in love with it! We loved this condo for its spacious layout and great location within the resort. Perfect spot to get to the pool or the beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen could use more utensils as there were only a handful of very tiny spoons or very large which were odd for our kids to use. It could also use some plastic serving bowls and a pitcher for lemonade etc.. Other than that we found it to have just about anything we needed. We were happy to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as hairdryers too. The staff were WONDERFUL especially Victor M & Eduardo M. They made our days at the pool even better with their consistent top-notch service. Perfecto! The resort is beautiful and the grounds are impeccable. We have stayed at many resorts in various parts of Mexico & Caribbean and this was by far the cleanest. The maid service that came every other day was also very good. This condo is also located in an area of the beach that makes it easy to walk to town or to other local restaurants. The food in Cabo was excellent and we did not have a bad experience and any of the restaurants we ate at. We enjoyed a sailing trip (Cabo sailing adventures) where we whale watched and snorkeled. It was a fabulous way to see the pacific side of the peninsula. The only reason we cannot give it 4 stars is because of the sister resort next door. We had not planned on the tremendous amount of college spring breakers that basically took over the Villa Palmar. Every time we walked out the door of our condo, we were faced with drunk kids & foul language. Thankfully, once we were at our pool or in our condo we did't have to deal with this. It was disappointing though because we were traveling with several families with young kids and had planned to enjoy the children's pool and water slide over there. After one hour at the Palmar pool we quickly determined that this was not the place to stay and hang out with your kids. We later found out that Groupon had sold packages to that resort which explained the atmosphere. We also had anticipated spending some time in the sports bar because of March Madness, but that too was a college spring break party with drunk kids everywhere. Even passing out in the bathrooms! I can't say enough about how great La Estancia is, but it's too bad the place next door is operated so differently.

Awesome location and great views

Family of five loved the property had everything we needed, staff was fantastic, high end condo with full resort amenities but not the crowd of a timeshare or hotel. Loved being close to other resorts for additional food options but not in the middle of craziness yet close enough to walk to the heart of Medano beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas with service were available and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the amazing water. Pool was never crowded kept warm, swim up bar really nice. Condo view was great large patio great furniture. Washer and dryer was a nice benefit. Martin was responsive and a great host. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

Mother and daughter bonding

My 11 year old daughter is writing her unvarnished review. Hellooo! This condo is in a wonderful, secluded, and at the same fun place I spent with my mom. We swam at the pool, went to to the ocean, and hung out the hotel. The room service and hotel pool bar food were amazing - 10 out of 10. The pool was spectacular; we loved the food and the service at the swim-up up bar. I definitely want to go back again!

Amazing Cabo Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa 1302 at the Villa la Estancia. Martin was super easy to deal with and everything was as advertised. The villa was in immaculate condition and looked exactly as it does in the photos. Martin put me in touch with Maggie who was arranged for our groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival. She even greeted us when we checked in to make sure everything was ok. I can't say enough good things about the staff at the resort. They were extremely friendly and helpful and made it truly feel like we were at home. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We definitely plan on returning!

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed this unit. It was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. We enjoyed the location, a 25 minute walk to downtown or a quick $10 taxi. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the hustle and bustle. Communication with the owner and manager was fantastic. The juicer was broken and it could use a few more bowls but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely rent again!

Absolutely Wonderful

Our family just returned from an amazing week at 1302 Villa La Estancia! It began with being greeted graciously at the airport by a driver the owner suggested. We made a quick stop at the market for groceries and the bellhops when we arrived brought our bags and groceries up to our room. Very friendly and helpful! Upon our arrival we also met Maggie who was so pleasant in showing us around the property and it’s features. Maggie had completely surprised us with balloons and rose petals in a heart shape for our 25th wedding anniversary in our room. She went above and beyond during our stay to answer any questions regarding restaurants, downtown and excursions. 1302 was so beautiful, clean, and very spacious. It has a lot of separation between the two bedrooms and the balcony is gorgeous with the most spectacular view. The resort, including the pool area, is super clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave but we are sure to return! Thank you for making our anniversary week so special!
