Great stay!

We had a great stay! Unit was fully equipped and clean. The resort was beautiful and it was nice to be able to jump to the sister properties for activities or meals. James was a great and fast communicator! Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

The setup of this condo was perfect for our family of four, with two being teens ages 14 and 16. We ended up hanging out at the pool all day every day, and enjoyed the peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. We were able to take Ubers to get to restaurants and the downtown area, you just have to walk off property. We checked out the sister resorts, and Estancia was definitely the best choice for the vibe we were going for- private, peaceful, and pretty. Staff were very attentive and kind. The pool guy does NOT mess around and I appreciated that as well. He asked screaming children to pipe down, asked one family that was loudly fighting to keep it down, and asked another group to put their portable speaker blasting music away. The rule follower in me LOVED that they enforced the rules established to promote the relaxing atmosphere. Overall fabulous trip and beautiful condo.

5 Stars – Perfect Cabo Getaway!

Booked this condo for my husband, son and his best friend for spring break. This condo was absolutely perfect for them! It had everything they needed and more—from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. The ground-level location made access super easy. They all loved everything about the resort, and the teens took full advantage of the all-inclusive option sampling every restaurant. My husband raved about the condo as well and said it was even better than the pictures - spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated.James was incredibly responsive and helpful which made everything smooth and stress-free. As a matter of fact, my husband and son raved about it so much that I've planned our summer family vacation there next month and we will all get to stay at James' condo!

Incredible experience

Property is pristine, the food on property delicious, our condo was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The location is perfect, the beach is clean…would stay here again for sure!!

Family spring break

We spent 4 nights here for spring break. It was wonderful - the condo was great and had everything we needed. The resort was beautiful with excellent food and service.

Plenty of space , layout needs clarification

We enjoyed our time at the resort , it was more relaxed with less college aged spring breakers compared to the other two sister resorts. Condo was large and well equipped. The only surprise was that the second bedroom is in fact a separate unit with its own entrance across the hall. While there is an entry door to access the two units the layout would have been a major problem and concern if our daughters were younger. They would deadbolt their door for safety at night but then we had no way to access the room. Something to keep in mind and clarify for families.

Exceeded expectations!!

Our family trip to Cabo San Lucas during the peak Christmas season exceeded all expectations. We visited as a group of six - four adults and two toddlers - and discovered an absolute treasure. The resort's central location in Cabo San Lucas proved ideal, while the villa itself met our every need. From the impeccable five-star service to the consistently welcoming staff, every aspect of our five-night stay was flawless. The little ones thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and the whole family found the experience exceptional. The resort's premium amenities and outstanding hospitality have ensured we'll definitely choose this property again for our next Cabo visit.Thank you James for such an amazing experience!

Family Girls Trip

Grandma (70), daughters (42 & 44) and granddaughters (both 16). The villa was big, beautiful, clean and comfy! Loved that it was ground level and was walk out towards pool, hot tubs and beach! Convenient to the market and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Super easy to grab a cab for around $14 for all of us to take a 5-10 minute ride to downtown, shops, restaurants and several grocery stores. Communication with James was fast and easy. The staff at La Estancia was so friendly, helpful and very attentive! I would definitely go back and would 100% recommend this unit and resort! At our 1st visit to Walmart we met Victor, he spoke fluent English and helped us book 3 different excursions for our stay (swim w/ dolphins, catamaran and zip lining) at half the price we had seen elsewhere. Would highly recommend getting in touch with him!

We’ll be back!

Took my two kids (13 and 7) here for a get away and we had an amazing trip. Condo was great/clean/large- nice bit of privacy for adult(s) while still being connected to adjoining room where the kids slept. The staff, food, pools, beach were all a hit. Location was superb. We will definitely be back!

Great condo

The unit was clean, huge and decorated very nice. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could think of to cook or grill. The pay it forward pantry had lots of spices, coffee and left over alcohol. We loved the ground unit, easy access to the pool and lobby. Owner has put huge bottles of really nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion and body wash. The only thing we would recommend is a new mattress in the master, it was a little soft and saggy. That being said we would for sure stay here again.

Great place and great host

We had a great stay - the condo is clean, well stocked, and well located. The whole property is also really well maintained. Pool was great, and amazing to be steps away from the beach too. Owner/host was also really responsive if needed. We definitely would like to go back.

2BR 3 Bath Full Kitchen Villa La Estancia Luxury Condo

James's Villa La Estancia property is very nicely furnished, comfortable, secure and well supplied. Pictures on VRBO are accurate and representative. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to book again. We found communicating with James to be easiest via text - he was very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns.

Perfect Stay!

We had an amazing stay. We went with another family with 2 kids (4, 2) along with our daughter (4). I liked how the rooms were shared by a corridor, but also separate enough that we felt like we had out own space at the end of the night. The pool was great with lots of area that was shallow for the kids. We didn't do the beach that much because of high tide. - would recommend going earlier before it gets too hot. Hopefully we'll be back!

Lovely and convenient spot to stay!

Loved the ease of the first floor unit. Really nice especially with kids to hit the pool and beach and enter through the sliding doors. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. I will say if you have a child requiring a pack n play or crib — the provided pack n plays were not in working order. You can rent a crib from the front desk for a minimal fee. The only other issue that seems easily fixable was the dishwasher seemed to be loose — needing a bolt to secure it. It was really shaky and a bit noisy due to being unstable. Minor issues and easy to fix by owner. The resort and staff is beautiful. If we ever come back we will definitely stay here!

Estancia is as amazing.

This place was fantastic for us, 2 small families. The second bedroom locks off of the main 1 br suite, providing privacy for both families. Kids had green space to play outside when not in the pool or at the beach. This place was amazing, and I will absolutely consider it again if heading back to Cabo.

Amazing Experience

We loved our stay here. The property was very nice, clean and well stocked with the essentials. Communication was very good, and the owner's welcome letter provided us with all the info we needed to enjoy our stay. The resort amenities and restaurants were great, and only 1/2 mile to downtown allowed us to experience some of the great restaurant outside of the resort. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We have been traveling to Cabo for many years. We fell in love with the culture, people, food, climate and warmth of everyone we meet. We loved it so much we invested in the Estancia property. We have four sons and they look forward to every trip.

Estancia is amazing. Everything you need is there (spa, pool, beach, sport courts, golf nearby, shops, restaurants on premise and even better a short walk to the marina and other local areas with incredible food / entertainment. The gardens and property are immaculately maintained. You truly feel your cares float away when relaxing at the Estancia. The staff is bar none the most caring and accommodating.

Location, location, location. The resort ocean / Land's End views and property gardens are simply amazing. Enjoy the serenity of the resort or head to downtown for the action. Security and concierge are there to ensure you have everything you need. We easily walk and feel safe. Or, taxi / Uber is a ring away.
We also take great care of our villa with wonderful amenities to feel at home.
