We were in Seattle for my sons wedding at the Ruins. This location was perfect! Close to the Space Needle, museums, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere and took the monorail to get downtown. The host was great. Beautiful views of the Space Needle.

Great location; walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena. So many fun restaurants within walking distance! We were very thankful Ashley & Mike were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our flight got in earlier than normal check-in time. They were very responsive and thoughtful! We would definitely stay again if we have another opportunity to come to the Seattle area. Thank you!

This apartment is in a good location for walking to restaurants. It was clean upon arrival. We liked having 3 bedrooms and did spread out during our stay. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen provided us with the necessary amenities for cooking. We really enjoyed sitting on deck with the wonderful view of the Space Needle. We appreciated the timely attention from our hosts.

Loved the location and the view! Hosts were very responsive and accommodating letting us check in early! It was hot out and the portable air conditioner on the third floor needed to vent out a patio door, which we weren’t comfortable leaving open while the kids slept, so it got warm up there. Two of the patio chairs were cracked and need to be replaced. Overall, would rent again. Place was clean and cute!

Great location. Some street noise at night but that's city living. Plenty of room for my family of four plus my elderly dad. A bit hot upstairs but it was in the 80s outside.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a two-family vacation. Convenient location: an easy walk to the monorail, which drops you right in downtown Seattle. It's also a quick walk to the Space Needle, the performing arts venues, Chihuly Garden, and MoPOP (Museum of Pop Culture), so no need to drive.The deck offered great views of the Space Needle, which was a fantastic bonus for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The space comfortably accommodated both families, and the listing was accurate, the property was clean and comfortable.The host was very responsive, flexible and offered helpful local tips.We'd happily book again and would recommend this place to any families looking for a great home base near downtown Seattle attractions.Thank you for having us!

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights in August 2026 at the property and enjoyed our time there. A few more specifics:Pros:The view was just as advertised! Wonderful views of the Space Needle from the spacious balcony were a highlight of our visit to Seattle.The location is very convenient and walkable to tourist favorites, a nice grocery store and restaurants.The included off-street parking was welcome in the densely populated area. Our SUV was a tight fit, but it fit. Although on-street parking is listed as available, we never saw a spot available.Cons:Temperatures were in the 80s during our stay and that required the use of a portable AC unit. While I'm happy that they provided one for the upper floor of the unit, its operation required an odd setup (photo attached). Although the property lists itself as accommodating up to 10, we were charged an "additional person fee" for having 5 people.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay here. The property was well maintained and exactly as it is in the listing. The property owners were quick to respond and we absolutely loved the incredible view of the city and Space Needle!

Excellent Stay

Location of VRBO was excellent, convenient to the space Needle, relatively close to public Market to walk to. Queen Anne neighborhood is also very charming on its own. Wonderful coffee shop close by, food Market also right down the street. Would recommend staying here again whenever I come back

Girls trip!

In town for a girls trip! Wonderful location with walking distance of the venue ,night life etc view of downtown Seattle was amazing! Parking was a little tight but we made it work! Thank you for an amazing time!

We really loved the location of this wonderful home and the views of the city and space needle are even better in person! We would definitely recommend this place to others. It is well equipped with the essentials and has new fixtures throughout.

Great place in great location

Perfect place to stay with your family if you are visiting Seattle. Walk right to the Space Needle or Monorail Station. And the property owners, Ashley and Mike, were top notch in terms of communication and providing recommendations. Highly recommended.

Guys' Weekend

My husband and his friends stayed Ashley and Mike's for a guys' weekend in Seattle and really enjoyed their stay. It was easy to get to all the top locations to visit and had great views of The Space Needle. Great amenities and Ashley was really helpful with all the pre-arrival information!
