Our newly renovated house is located on the quiet outskirts and offers you a spacious apartment with south-facing terrace and views of the Ammergau Alps.

The 4 star apartment has a size of about 46 m² and is divided into kitchen, living room with couch (= 3. Bed), bedroom and shower / WC. The couch in the living room is intended as a seat and lying opportunity, but can also be used as a 3. Bed are used. In the apartment is also a comfortable armchair and two comfortable chairs with backrests. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and a large, covered south-facing terrace with two pleasant sun loungers and garden furniture. The separate kitchen is comfortably furnished. Accessories include: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, egg cooker. (Cutlery and crockery and pots are available.) There are two new flat-screen TVs with built-in HD satellite receivers (including SKY World + Film), two direct dial phones (included in the price are telephone charges to German landlines) and free wireless and Ethernet Internet (50 MBit) ready for you.
