Not very cosy

Our stay was OK but communication with the host was not easy. There was no wifi and the TV had no signal. All info and all channels were in German; probably the ideal vacation home for a German family. Big garden for the dog which was nice.

Ich würde das Ferienhaus nicht mehr mieten. Hier wäre unbedingt eine Grundsanierung angebracht, besonders im Bad und Küche.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit einem schönen Gartengrundstück und netter Nachbarschaft.Perfekt für unsere beiden Hunde.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestatten was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.Einziges Manko,die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr schön war auch der Pool und der Tennisplatz, den wir fast täglich für ein paar Schläge genutzt haben.Wir waren hauptsächlich mit unseren Rädern unterwegs. Damit konnte man alles Punkt (Strand, Supermarkt) gut erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und problemlos.

Haus ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Küche und Bad sind an vielen Stellen ausgebessert und nicht mehr schön bzw. sauber. Sonst ist das Haus schön und gut ausgestattet, besonders der Garten. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es ist angenehm ruhig.

Schönes Ferienhaus. Leider funktionierte die ersten zwei Tage die Satellitenanlage nicht, lag an einem Kontaktproblem des Steckers am Receivereingang. Haben das selbst repariert. Weiterhin war am zweiten Tag der Abfluss verstopft, das Wasser trat dann außen aus dem Fallrohr der Dachrinne aus. Auch das haben wir selbst gelöst.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Auch die Möglichkeit, den Gemeinschafts Pool zu nutzen ist eine tolle Sache. Ansonsten kann man direkt vor Ort die Tennisanlage mit nutzen und andere Sportaktivitäten absolvieren.Das Haus an sich war sehr sauber bis auf mehrere Spinnenweben und der angeschimmelter Duschvorhang. Das waren die einzigen kleinen Mankos. Alles weitere war einfach super und zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist schön groß es war an gerätschaft alles vorhanden wenn auch nicht immer perfekt.Kaffeemaschiene ging immer wieder aus warscheinlich ein entkalkungs problem.Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen müsste mal einiges saniert werden wie zb.Badezimmer oberes Zimmer keine Fensterklappen vorhanden Betten teilweise statt Lattenrost einfach nur bretter. Ansonsten haben wir einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Tolle Ferien in de Haan

Unser Aufenthalt war wie immer serh sehr schön. Wir fühlen uns in dem Ort und auch in dem Haus sehr wohl. Es gibt genügend Platz, das Haus ist super eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Vielen Dank !!! Wir kommen wieder

Tolles Haus, grosse Garten, viel Inventar. Den Haan, ist 15 Minuten laufen, Strand kleine 30 Minuten. Oostende und Brugge sind in der Nähe und sind auch ein Besuch wert.

Nettes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage in De Haan

Nettes Ferienhaus, guter Ausgangspunkt zum Baden oder für Ausflüge nach Brügge und Gent. Die Ausstattung des Häuschen ist zweckmäßig aber gut. Leider kein WiFi. Hatten eine schöne Ferienwoche!

Schöne Umgebung

Für Familien super, wegen Garten, Fußball- und Tennisplatz, sowie Pool und kleinem Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe (alles inklusive). Matratzen und vorhandenes Bettzeug sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar und die Gegend ist wunderschön

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist Teil einer Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool, Sport- und Spielplätzen und damit für Familien mit Kindern super. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Dickgreber lief problemlos. Zum Strand dauert es in normalem Tempo eher 30 als 15 Minuten, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Die Sauberkeit bei der Ankunft hätte etwas besser sein können. Wir haben die Küche noch einmal geputzt und einige Spinnweben entfernt. Im Bad rieselt es von der Decke. Wir vermuten ein Problem im Holzbalken. Uns wurde aber versichert, dass dies vorher nicht aufgetreten ist und schnellstmöglich behoben wird. Ansonsten ist die Aufteilung der Zimmer super und der Garten ruhig und groß. Nachts kühlt das Haus angenehm ab. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch wiederkommen.

Schöne Gegend mit Bescheidenem Objekt

Wir haben uns total auf den Urlaub gefreut, doch diese Freude war schnell verflogen nachdem wir dieses Haus betreten haben. Von einer Reinigung vor unserem Aufenthalt war leider nichts zu sehen, sodass wir den ersten halben Tag mit putzen verbracht haben. Spinnenweben überall, sogar an den Betten. Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht entleert und von innen verschimmelt und vieles mehr. Die Möblierung im Kinderzimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen, da an dem Hochbett kein Rausfallschutz vorhanden ist und im Kleiderschrank keine Einlegeböden, sodass wir 2 Wochen aus der Tasche leben mussten. Der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer ist ein Wandschrank, auch diesen konnten wir nicht nutzen, da von innen große schwarze Schimmelflecken vorhanden waren. Auch das obere Stockwerk wurde unserer Meinung nach schon ewig nicht mehr Grund gereinigt. Im Bad wurden die Fliesen mit Klebeband fixiert und die Kühlschrankschublade ebenfalls. All dies ist leider auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen. Da wir von unseren zwei Wochen eine Woche regen hatten, hatten wir auch noch das Glück das an den Fenstern Wasser eingetreten ist. Positiv war der schöne Garten mit den neuen Gartenmöbeln. All diese Dinge haben wir dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Aufgrund dessen hat er eine kleine Erstattung veranlasst. Für uns kommt dieses Objekt nicht mehr in Frage.

Wir fanden die Lage sehr günstig. Man ist am Meer, aber auch schnell in Brügge. Brügge hat Charme und gibt auch für mehrere Tage genug zu besichtigen. Als wir hier waren, waren nur einige umliegende Häuser bewohnt. Es war ruhig. Gartenmöbel (Tisch, Stühle, Liegen, Sonnenschirm) waren in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Sehr gut

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen. Swimminhpool sehr nah und ideal für die Kinder. De Haan ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit alten sehr schönen Villen und zum Glück keine Hochhäuser. Der Weg zum Strand dauertete doch länger als angegeben - statt 15 Minuten wurden es mit Kindern 30 Minuten. Für sportliche Erwachsene könnte die Zeitangabe stimmen. Wir sind dann immer mit dem Auto gefahren und haben immer kostenfreie und nahe Parkplätze gefunden. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Sejour OK mais grande deception apres notre depart

On a choisi cette maison pour arriver avec nos 2 chats car le proprietaire accepte les animaux. On savait selon les commentaires que la maison n'est pas tres propre et tres bien entretenu - on confirme. Cela ne nous derangait pas comme on etait avec nos animaux. On a passe un bon sejour, surtout grace a la localite. Mais on a ete surpris par la deduction de notre garantie apres notre depart, ce qu'on ne trouve pas tres honnete. En effet, on se voit reprocher des degats qui sont dus a la vetustete de la maison (en particulier un joint d'une fenetre detache, alors que on a ouvert cette fenetre peut etre une fois). Cette maison manque d'entretien, ainsi que le jardin. Voici qqs examples: Le seuil de la porte au jardin est pourri a cause d'infiltration d'eau. Le bois du banc dans le jardin et gerce, ainsi que les chassis des fenetres, les volets et les portes. Une planche sur un volet fenetre est maquant. Il y a de la mousse sur la toiture. En dessous des lits, plein de poussiere. Certains arbres sont malades, avec des branches seches. Etc. On se voit aussi reproches que on a laisse la maison sale. Quand on demande quoi exacte, on recoit une photo avec un paillasson utilise. Effectivement on n'a pas nettoye le sol avant notre depart comme on a paye les frais de nettoyage 50 EUR plus 50 EUR pour animaux. La cuisine et miniscule et pas pratique, quasi aucun plan de travail, l'equipement est vieux. Pas de wi-fi et lave-linge, on savait. La localite est par contre jolie.

Kurzurlaub in de Haan

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Ferienhaus und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Haus groß und mit dem Garten optimal für die Kinder. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.
