Family-friendly beachfront penthouse condo overlooking the Gulf and gated pool area.
Four bedrooms, five beds, and three bathrooms. It does only sleep 10 in beds, but there is a full sofa & love seat in living ares often used for sleeping.
Open-spaced and newly renovated kitchen, dining, and living area with panoramic view of ocean.
Enjoy the view of the Emerald Coast from our spacious balcony, complete with a table and chairs.
Beach chair rentals are available through La Dolce Vita beach chair service located on the beach (LDVbeach.com).
5 minute walk from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, with multiple restaurants, boutiques, a brewery, ice cream shops, and more. Bike rentals available in town, as well as yoga classes and spas.
Kayak or paddle board rentals are available from our beach chair service (LDVbeach.com).
Rosemary has several walking paths, playgrounds, and greenspaces perfect for family time. Alys beach has a nature trail perfect for biking or strolling.
Our two favorite spots to eat are George’s in Alys, and Cowgirl Kitchen in Rosemary! We also love the Hidden Lantern Bookstore in Rosemary. The kids will love Charlie’s Donuts or the Sugar Shak!
20 minute drive to Seaside or Panama City Beach.

Perfect getaway

The location, view, and accessibility were perfect. We ate breakfast on the porch as the waves gently rolled to shore. We witnessed gorgeous sunsets. We enjoyed being able to walk directly to the beach and pool. Sidewalks line the street if you want to walk to Rosemary beach or a short drive to all the great shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! We especially liked being able to walk to shops and restaurants. It was a kid friendly area and our whole family enjoyed the trip. Agree with the other reviews that you'll want to get down to the beach early to set up. We'd definitely stay again!

Loved it!

We loved our time at the condo. It was so convenient to the beach and the pool as well as shops and restaurants. Waking up and having coffee on the beach was amazing. We hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect Oasis

Perfect place from the beginning of the process until the end> Perfect Place, Crime Free, secured, safe, and everything was there you needed. Hope to stay there again Owner was excellent. Each room have there own décor. Beautiful view of the Beach and the Pool.

Just wonderful!

This property is gorgeous!! My husband and I took our 3 sons with their families totaling 8 adults and 3 children, and we were all comfortable. Four nice size bedrooms without bunk beds-which is hard. We loved it here and plan on coming back soon. It was just wonderful!

Love this place!

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property and my family and I absolutely love it! I love the huge balcony overlooking the beach. My other favorite thing about this condo is that it has 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths- No bunk beds. The owners took great care in decorating each room. The decor of the kitchen, living room and dining room were exquisite. We wanted to stay an extra night but this condo was booked so We stayed across the street. What a disappointment!! It wasn’t even in the same league. So if you happen to be able to book this place, get it and make some sweet memories with your family. You will not be disappointed.

The BEST location

This unit has the best views of the ocean & pool! The neighorhood and close to everything, secure, and upscale. Everyone on-site was very kind and helpful. Check-in process was easy (don't lose any of the key cards or fobs.) We had a great time and will definilty be booking again. It my new go-to place on 30A.

Great Condo, with a great view

We spent a week here with the whole family and could not enjoy it more. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. We enjoyed all of the "extras" that were provided in the condo that some do not have (stand-alone icemaker, various pots, and pans, utensils, barware, etc.) The kids enjoyed the wooden giraffe and a great view. We look forward to staying here again and will recommend to this place to anyone.

Absolute perfection

From the location l, to the view, to the property itself... perfection. Perfect size for our group and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too. Best communication I've ever had with a host. Highly recommend renting bikes because it was so fun and the property had plenty of bike racks. The heated pool was amazing and had clean bathrooms attached. Very well taken care of and we can't wait to go back!! Thank you so much to our host for allowing us to make such fun memories there!!

Great Condo in Perfect Location

Highly recommend this property. We had 6 adults and 4 children with us, plenty of room for all in living spaces, kitchen and on balcony. Within walking distance to small shops, a few restaurants and bike rentals. The only downside was that the beach directly behind the building is a public beach, private on either side. Shuttles bring in folks from other rentals. You must stake your claim very early or rent from vendors. We did just fine by going to pool in a.m. and beach in the afternoon. Awesome sea views from kitchen and balcony.

LOVE THIS PLACE!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this condo about three times. Recently, we stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. As always, we loved staying here. It’s beautifully decorated and has such a warm and inviting feel. The bedrooms are so pretty and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. This past year, the owners installed new kitchen appliances and a new shower in the master bath. Both were really nice updates. The view is amazing. As soon as you enter the condo, you see the ocean and then the view from the balcony is unbelievable. Mrs. Forrester is such a joy to work with. This is our favorite place to visit. Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Family friendly with plenty of space to gather and privacy with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms

We were coming to Rosemary Beach for a family wedding. Location, spacious and private living area with a reasonable rate were my priority. Vacationing with my adult daughters and her spouse, comfort and privacy was important. Oh my, walking into the unit with the view of ocean front, having 2 of the bedrooms with full baths en-suite, furnishings that were truly a comfort made our stay beyond what I expected. My personal learning curve of entrance codes/key fobs public beach access for those long walks and remembering to wear the bracelets took a bit to remember. Security on site and throughout the property/town were a gentle reminder. (Also one role of toilet paper per bathroom should be noted:) We were sincerely spoiled and will definitely plan another visit soon!

Beautiful area, beach frustration

We love the the area and have stayed on 30A for years. We were not happy with the congestion on the beach. It was extremely crowded due to the condo sharing public beach access . The allotted beach area for the condo and the public was VERY limited. It looked to be the same width as the condo and the rest of the beach was blocked off. So, if you have children, and want to be close to the water to watch them play in the ocean, take your chairs out a 6:00 in the morning and set them up. Beware when the water recedes from where you set up, people will place their chairs, umbrellas, etc right in front of you, practically on top of you! That was very frustrating. We come to the area to stay on the beach all day and let the kids play.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

The condo was wonderful. Plenty enough room for everyone with space to spare. I can’t say enough about the area. The condo was steps away from anything we want to do or see. We felt the area was safe enough to let our grandsons go out riding bikes around the neighborhoods & even going to a restaurant by themselves. That was a first. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach was very crowded but there’s nothing Martha can do about that. As for communication between Martha & myself, believe me there was plenty because of COVID-19, was excellent. There were many texts & phone calls between she & I. I would have to say she get any 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating from our family. We will definitely be renting from her again. Thank you, Martha for all of your help & patience with getting us to our perfect vacation. Beki
