Enjoy the convenience of our centrally located home, perfect for families wanting to experience all that the city has to offer. Situated just steps from SeaWorld and only 13 minutes from Lackland AFB, this spacious home offers a large, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and ample seating for a relaxing stay.

Our home is ideally located: 2.5 miles from SeaWorld, the new VA clinic and the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, 7 miles (or a 15-minute drive) from the National Shooting Complex, 8 miles (or a 14-minute drive) from the Lackland AFB parade field, 18 minutes to La Cantera Mall, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and The Rim, and 20 minutes to both downtown San Antonio and San Antonio International Airport.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or a quiet space for remote work, this roomy 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat provides everything you need. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas flow seamlessly into the large, covered patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The backyard is perfect for grilling, with charcoal, gas, and flat grills available for your use.

You can sip your favorite beverage on the front porch or under the covered backyard patio. The well-equipped kitchen is bright and spacious, ideal for preparing meals, or you can take advantage of the outdoor grilling area. You'll also have access to the gated community pool (open from mid-March through mid-October, closed on Mondays for maintenance).

Bedroom Features:

- Master Bedroom: Spacious with a queen bed, dresser with mirror, walk-in closet, 40-inch smart TV, luggage rack and en-suite bathroom.

- Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, chest of drawers, 32-inch smart TV, luggage rack and closet.

- Guest Bedroom: Full-sized bed, dresser with mirror, luggage rack and closet.

- Guest Bedroom: Twin-sized sleigh bed, closet, and small desk with a chair.

Living Room: The open living area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a sofa, loveseat, recliner, and two bar stools. Enjoy movies or the big game on the 70-inch smart TV or have some fun with the arcade-style gaming system offering PacMan, Galaga, and more.

All TVs are equipped with Spectrum's standard cable.

Kitchen & Amenities: The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker that brews up to 12 cups or a single serving. We provide a selection of K-cups (feel free to bring your own), as well as French vanilla, hazelnut, and regular creamer cups for your enjoyment.

Parking: The home offers a driveway with space for up to four vehicles.

Come experience comfort and convenience at our home, where you'll be close to the city's best attractions while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Beautiful home located in a lovely neighborhood close to SeaWorld. The home is stocked well and even has outdoor toys for small children. There is also a great outdoor kitchen! The hosts were easily accessible and communicated well throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect home base for our family to see our son graduate from Air Force BMT. It is convenient to everything - grocery store, restaurants, highways, Sea World - with multiple routes available in the event traffic doesn't cooperate. The home itself is clean and welcoming with comfortable beds and seating. The kitchen has what is needed to prepare just about any meal and the outdoor patio and kitchen is very comfortable (when not 100 degrees in August, anyway). Manuel & Arlene are excellent hosts, very helpful and communicative, and made everything easy. There are a few items just beginning showing some age (how does outdoor furniture ever survive that heat), but nothing impactful to the stay or level of comfort. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was in a nice neighborhood. House very clean. The house was very close to SeaWorld...our main vacation destination. One of the biggest things to mention was how friendly and attentive our host was. He quickly replied to all messages and requests I sent him. He was very willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Absolutely perfect stay from start to finish. The location is located minutes from Sea World, restaurants, and other conveniences. The neighborhood is so quiet and anytime I saw a neighbor they said hello and were friendly. The house has everything you will need and more for traveling with kids and a family. We had not one single issue and the owner checked on us frequently! If you're going to San Antonio or Sea World, you must stay here!

We stayed atthe Texas Two Step property for our sons BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. The property was very clean, had excellent amenities, was a short drive to the AFB, and the owner was great with communication. Check out was list was the shortest of any property I've stayed at so far! I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place in this area.

The home is located near restaurants, stores and Sea World! We loved it!

Perfect stay

Check in was a breeze. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again of on town.

Born and raised in San Antonio, I am a San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns fan (please don't hold that against me). lol. I currently have over 25 years as a banking professional. Before that, I was an active-duty U.S. Army soldier. I'm a foodie (one who loves to cook and eat), I love to travel, love music (I side-hustle as a DJ) and enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, children and grandchildren.

What makes our property unique is its perfect blend of a central location, a peaceful neighborhood, and exceptional outdoor space. Guests can enjoy easy access to local attractions like SeaWorld, Lackland AFB and Fiesta Texas, while also having a quiet, relaxing retreat to come back to. The large, covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and ample seating sets our home apart, offering a perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors in comfort. The balance of convenience and serenity makes it an ideal place for both relaxation and adventure.
