Clean & convenient.

We enjoyed this apartment very much. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was walking distance to grocery stores as well as many delicious restaurants. We would definitely opt to stay here again. Also the host was very responsive. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay for our very first time in Berlin!

Nice big apartment with lots of space

Everything was great just the street noise was a bit load as it was summer and the windows were open.

Nice stay

Good location with very close public transport options. Nice flat, roomy. Pity that second bathroom is not a really separated room. Flat would also deserve separated toilets. Very reactive owner whenever there is a question.

The entrance looked ominous, tucked between a barber shop and physical therapy office, but once you enter and take the flight of stairs up to the apartment you are greeted with grand apartment boasting high ceilings and large windows in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The balcony was a great place to finish your caffe and people watch from above. The bathrooms were clean, and newly renovated. The kitchen was great for our dinner making activities.Granted our stay was during a heat wave and made for a stuffy interior, even with the windows open when we could, so as to avoid the city noise. The beds were clean and linens fresh. We felt secure and enjoyed the time resting here.

Thank you very much for your wonderful review! We are delighted that you enjoyed the freshly renovated apartment, the spacious rooms, and the peaceful atmosphere. We always do our best to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome. Unfortunately, we have only limited influence over the immediate surroundings of the building entrance. We are therefore all the more pleased that you felt safe and enjoyed your stay. You are always very welcome to stay with us again. Your Dilo Apartments Team :-)

Dear Nicolas, thank you for your detailed feedback. The bathroom with toilet is as shown in the listing and floor plan. The second shower is an additional comfort we do not officially list – more of a bonus. One of the rooms faces the street, so you can hear more of Berlin’s city life – but in return, the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and shops are only a few meters away. We will pass your comment on the cleaning to our team. Kind regards from our team.
