This Spacious villa with partially wooded lagoon front views is ideally located in the Carolina Place community inside of Sea Pines Plantation within a minute's walk of the community pool and tennis court.
Guests can park directly in front of the villa and up a few stairs to enter through the front door. Once inside the villa the kitchen is immediately to your right. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with a window cut out that gives the kitchen a feeling of an open floor plan while still maintaining privacy. This sets the adorable breakfast nook in the far-right hand corner for ideal privacy if guests wish to participate in two different activities while enjoying the same space in the common living areas. The bistro style breakfast table looks directly out the large double kitchen window which offers ample natural light to the entire kitchen area.
Just outside the kitchen window cut out is the large dining room table which seats up to 6 and is perfectly located between the kitchen and living areas. The living area has two plush swivel chairs and a comfortable pullout sofa which can be converted to a bed for two additional guests to accommodate larger group sleeping arrangements. The chairs and couch face a petite beautifully decorated fireplace and a large smart TV available for all the high demand streaming apps.
Outside the sliding glass door is a large open deck that overlooks the natural woods and lagoon of Sea Pines. The gas grill and glass top patio table promise plenty of space for outdoor dining. Off the patio, there is a small sunroom accessible from the inside only through the master bed-room. The sunroom is walled with large windows and tile flooring with chairs and a couch that promises a beautiful space to appreciate the native terrain of the area without the risk of being impeded by bad weather.
Through the door of the sunroom the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and a large dresser. Past two large closets the master bedroom is adjoined to the master bath with a double sink for plenty of storage and a shower/tub combo. Outside the Master guests will find a small laundry room. Just big enough for the full sized washer/dryer unit and lots of cabinets for storing beach towels and tennis equipment.
The guest bedroom across from the master and to the right of the laundry room also has a queen-sized bed and a shared bathroom with a single sink, and shower/tub combo that opens up into the hall for guest convenience while still having an access door from the bedroom for privacy.
Up the stairs, the second guest bedroom and bath provide optimum privacy. Two twin beds, and a dresser with a large TV compliment the space that has a window which overlooks the neighborhood. Across the hall, the second guest bathroom has a single sink, and a shower/tub combo. This area of the home is ideal for multiple families or friend groups as it is tucked away neatly with separation from the rest of the unit.
Guests will have access to the Carolina Place community pool and tennis courts with a key provided by the owners. This villa is conveniently located and is within very short walking distance, though parking is available if needed.
