Remodelada terraza acristalada, cocina y patio. Nuevo para VRBO, pero no nuevo para nuestra empresa: una hermosa villa con una excelente reputación. Siéntase libre de preguntar acerca de las revisiones de la publicidad previa. Configuración de la cama es un rey en el maestro, la reina en el dormitorio 2, y 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio 3. Everything we needed was there. Clean, great neighborhood, quiet neighborhood. Dogs loved it and enjoyed watching the wildlife out the big windows. Would rent again!

We absolutely loved our 8 days here! The location was great. We rented bikes and rode them everywhere. We loved seeing the alligators, deer, different birds and all the wildlife! Definitely recommend.

This location was great!! Easy walk to the beach club and shoppes. Property was clean and comfortable. Host answered my questions very timely. I would definitely book again if coming back to HH!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful townhouse on Lighthouse Road!! It was absolutely breathtaking when we arrived and walked inside, there was so much space and room for our family of 5. The living room/ kitchen area was so open and spacious, and we all enjoyed hanging out, eating meals, and playing games in this space. The bedrooms were very comfortable and cozy and the bathrooms were very updated and nice as well! The location was great....so quiet and peaceful and so close to Harbour Town and South Beach, which we love visiting!! The beach and pool were very close, just a short drive, bike ride, or walk to get to, and they were both awesome!! Our sweet doggie was very happy here too, with great grassy areas to walk in and sniff!! Jessica was excellent with communication, and she made sure we had everything we needed before we came and while we were there!! I'm already looking forward to coming back again next summer!! Thank you for a wonderful week in HHI!!

Great location for beach

Location to beach access was great. Depending on what you are taking to the beach easy walking distance. If you are hauling small kids, chairs and stuff plenty of parking it seemed to load up and short drive. Pool access is another thing. Have to drive there and getting signed up is not easy. But it was nice and not crowded. Villa had plenty of parking it seemed and close to a lot of attractions. It was clean, well stocked and could use some TLC but that is minor. If you like to grill, charcoal grill is all they have which if your not use to them it’s a hassle. Bugs in evenings made it tough to sit out too late. I would stay here again, but would look for the units with pool access and/or screened in porch and gas grill. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Family time

We spent a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The house was in a wonderful location location. It had plenty of room for 5 adults and our fur baby. We look forward to our next trip to HHI, and hopefully our next stay at the same unit.

Hilton Head getaway with friends

We love Sea Pines and particularly this area. It’s close to Harbortowne but more importantly the beach. The place is a tad dated and needs a bedside table and lamp on the right side of the bed in upstairs queen bedroom.

Great Accommodations

We loved the place and the proximity to the beach and Beach Club. It was also great to be able to bike to Harbour Town. We couldn’t get the thermostat to regulate the temperature in the condo evenly, so it was almost always too warm upstairs and cold downstairs, but overall we were satisfied.

Property not in tip top shape. Grill was inoperable and walls and doors were searched and dinged. A/C vents need good cleaning. Description could be more detailed and accurate.

Great Visit and Would Recommend

The condo was great. It was clean and as advertised. We had a few questions before and the day of our check in. The owners were attentive and addressed our questions right away to make our trip seamless. They provided 2 bikes for use during our stay, which we used every day. They also provided some basic beach items that we didn't take advantage of, but would have been very helpful had we not brought our own. We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the location (it was great and convenient) is because we arrived much later than anticipated (1:30am). I put the address in Apple Maps and it took me about a half a mile down another street. Because we arrived so late, there was little street lights so it took an hour or so to reverse engineer where we were and following the addresses in the street to eventually find the villa. However, that is an Apple Maps problems and once we got on the right track it is extremely easy to find and very close to everything you want to do.

Great location, dated property

Great location, property had some nice updates. Many other items such as upstairs tub, all window coverings, closet and interior doors, AC vents, microwave, mattresses and bedding need replacement. The exterior entrance walkway carpet and door also need replacement. Exterior landscaping is overgrown and was not serviced during our stay. Parking lot flooded during one rain on Thursday.

Very comfortable accommodation and excellent location

This was a spacious, well furnished villa. The kitchen was excellent and it was a good location for our dog. The walk to the beach was easy. We had one small issue with the tv and Jessica came and fixed it immediately. We have already booked another villa in the neighborhood for next year.

As described, nice stay in Sea Pines

The property is accurately described and in a good location. The golf course is beautiful. Two things to note, the layout is open concept with vaulted ceilings so noise travels throughout the home. And while no pool is listed, don’t expect to be able to get into one nearby. All of the pools in Sea Pines require an entry code. There is one pool 2 miles away where you can buy a pass for the day or week. It is not a long walk to the beach and the bikes were great to get to and from. Enjoy!

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here for a week. The house was great and very functional. The location is close to the beach with easy access to the rest of Sea Pines by bicycle. It was a really fun time for our whole family.

Nice location- could use a few updates

My family enjoyed our stay here. The location and property layout were great. Bikes for use was an added bonus, and the owners were prompt and thorough in their communications. We go to Sea Pines every year so I've stayed in quite a few properties. For this one, the cleaning crew was not that thorough as I noticed a few items under the dresser that I needed to clean up before my kids stayed in the room. Main master bath was well updated, other areas (front door) could use some paint and touch up as well as drain stoppers in sinks put in working order. Black out curtains would be great too, especially in main bedroom where the street light shines through. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a fabulous spring break

We had a wonderful spring break! The property was perfect in space, bedrooms and location to the beach club. It was just a short 7 minute walk to the beach club which was so clean and private. Each of my daughters brought a friend on our spring break and there was something for everyone. I loved being close to Sea Pines center (the coffee shop c'est bon and low country produce was wonderful in the morning). The only suggestion I would say is to include 4 bikes instead of 2. It would have been nice to have more bikes for my girls and there really weren't bikes available to rent.
