Bratislava Home Away From Home
The property is awesome. The decor is art nouveau and all necessary amenities are included: Expresso Maker, Coffee, Tea, Refrigerator, Microwave, Range, Convection Oven, pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups etc. The flat is a two bedroom , one bath with a separate living/dining area. There is a TV in this room and the couch pulls out to sleep one or two more. Peter, the property owner met us with the keys and showed us around. The flat was decorated so nicely for Christmas with a mini tree and evergreen cuttings decorated with ornaments. Peter even went out of his way to get us some staples since stores in Bratislava are closed December 24-26. His wife even left us some delicious Christmas cookies and some Slovakian soup and potato salad. Thank you for your kindness. We enjoyed your flat. We liked having the parking spot and felt very safe in the area which is fairly close to Old Town. The flat is on the second floor, so you do have to climb a set of steps but once you walk in to the flat, it is so pleasingly decorated with Modern artwork and real plants and flowers including blooming orchids and another pretty white flowered bulbs. There is also a washing machine on the first floor that you can use to wash your clothes and a pretty garden area that in the summertime would be great for sitting outside Highly recommend this flat for your stay in Bratislava.
