Comfortable, cozy cottage on the outskirts of the dreamy and peaceful village Zudar
located in the southern part of Ruegen. The 1050 sqm large communal plot you share with the guests of the other half of the house

Our semi-detached house is very spacious with about 110 square meters, modern furnishings and offers upstairs with 2 bedrooms (each 1 double bed) and 1 bedroom (1 bunk bed) enough space for 6 people. Additionally we offer 1 cot. The in-house sauna (for a fee) and the idyllic, quiet location invites you to relax and unwind.

Dogs are welcome! Free WiFi and 2 TVs (1 TV in the bedroom) are provided. Washing machine and dryer can be used from booking at least 10 days.

Zudar is an ideal base for cycling, hiking, fishing and boat trips. This part of the island is almost undeveloped. Small fishing villages, the pristine natural beaches and salt marshes are considered a secret tip.

Zudar is an ideal starting point for cycling, hiking or boat trips. On the 18 sq km large peninsula, there are numerous manor houses.

From the lookout tower Schoritzer Wiek you have a great view. In good weather you can see silhouettes of Greifswald, Swinoujscie and the peninsula Mönchsgut.

Other leisure activities include a visit to the Ozeaneum in Stralsund, the summer toboggan run in Bergen, the Störtebecker Festival in Ralswiek or the treetop path in Prora!

Enjoy the unspoilt natural beaches on the Bodden in the Schoritzer Wiek nature reserve. From Maltzien you can reach the idyllic beach section Palmer Ort as well as the "yellow shore". The house is located on the German avenue street, 5 minutes drive from the sea.

Newly developed cycle paths are available. The seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Göhren are 30 km away. Next larger places Garz (6 km) and Putbus (15 km). From here starts / ends the "racing Roland" (narrow gauge railway). The chalk cliffs and the Jasmund peninsula are 45 km away.

By car from Stralsund the B96 over the Rügendamm. At the first junction turn right towards Garz and follow the signs Glewitzer Fähre over the places Gustow, Poseritz to Zudar. (For the Navi please enter Hauptstraße 14) Or you drive to the exit Stralsund, then the B105 direction Glewitz and take the ferry from Stahlbrode to Glewitz (runs only from late March to late October) and then continue via Losentitz to Zudar.
