Njivice - Comfortable apartment near the sea for 4 with parking&WiFi
Our cozy apartment, 55 square meters, is located in a quiet area of the small fishing village on the island of Krk - Njivice, surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea. The apartment is 250 meters away from the beautiful beaches and the center. Ideal for a family summer holiday, and consists of a spacious bedroom with loggia and sea views, kitchen, bathroom and a living room in which there is 2 large sofa for 2 people and also has an additional loggia. Sleeping possibility for 4 persons + cot. Our guests have the possibility of using the grill, washing machine, secured covered parking and the apartment is fully equipped with dishes, linens, towels, TV, air conditioning, free internet access, coffee maker, oven etc. We consider most important that our guests are satisfied and feel like they are in their own home.

Renovierungsbedarf
Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und die Sauberkeit könnte deutlich besser sein. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, der Weg zum Strand und zum Hafen ist in ca. 5 Min. zu gehen.
Der Ort Njivice ist super und somit war der Urlaub toll.
