Moly 2 accommodation with garden

The apartment stood the vacationers since 2016 as accommodation over booking. com available. In September, various repairs are carried out, so it can probably be rented from October 2019 via FeWodirekt.
The apartment with about 90m² has 4 spacious rooms, kitchen, bathroom and sleeps up to 8 people. There are barbecue facilities in the garden.
The apartment is lovingly maintained by dedicated women and prepared for the guests.
Access to the house is regulated by a key safe in front of the house. This allows flexible access to the house from 4 pm.

There are various restaurants in Petersdorf and a small breakfast café and bike rental nearby. At the entrance there is an Edeka and Aldimarkt .. where you can usually buy on Sundays. At the village pond various events take place throughout the year. To the nature reserve Wallnau and the local beach is about 4 km ...

Der Aufenthalt in der Fewo Moly 2 war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Allerdings ist die gesamte Wohnung und teilweise auch Ausstattung mächtig in die Jahre gekommen. Angefangen von losen Lichtschaltern, über ein wackelndes WC, schlecht schliessbare Türen, insbesondere die Flügeltüren. Alles in allen könnte es sauberer sein. Wir haben trotzdem eine schöne Zeit gehabt.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön.

Es war alles sauber. Es fehlten leider die Nachttischlämpchen im Schlafzimmer. Der Garten war durch einen kleinen Zaun vom Mieter , der über der Ferienwohnung wohnt ( war uns nicht bekannt ) abgetrennt . Der Grill auf unserem Teil des Gartens war kaputt und der Rost total verdreckt. Die Bank war instabil und wackelig. Eine der Liegen krachte zusammen, als mein Enkel sich rein legen wollte ( 7 Jahre alt ) Es waren keine Sitzauflagen da !

Der hintere feststehende Grill steht für die Feriengäste zur Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ebenfalls die stabilen Holztische. Falls etwas zu Bruch geht, ist es gut, den Vermieter darüber zu informieren, damit der Schaden behoben werden kann. Die Liege wurde inzwischen repariert. Um die Nachttischlampen werde ich mich kümmern und Neue besorgen..wo diese abgeblieben sind? .. erst durch die Hinweise der Mieter kann ich tätig werden und bin dankbar dafür, da ich selbst nicht vor Ort sein kann.

Schöner Urlaub auf Fehmarn

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, grosszügig und gemütlich. Bei Fragen war mit der Besitzerin ein schneller Austausch möglich. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut, es lassen sich alle wichtgen Orte auf Fehmarn gut erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in 5 min zuFuss zu erreichen.
