The "Ferienhaus MELITA", with two apartments (Apartment Classic and Appartement Landleben), is located in the middle of the ski, hiking and biking area Petzenland at the foot of the Karawanken in the region Klopeiner See - South Carinthia.

The house has two stylish and spacious apartments (each size: 90 m²).
Each apartment has:

two separate bedrooms incl. bed linen
a large, comfortable living room with fireplace, flat screen TV and radio
Sun terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent view of the untouched nature and fantastic mountain scenery
generously designed bathroom with exclusive experience rain shower, hair dryer, cosmetics area, towels

In the basement (for common use) is located:
